About this villa rental
107m2 villa for six people, halfway between the beaches and the village, ideal for families. You can enjoy both the animation of the beach (5 min by car) and the authenticity of the small Catalan village with its markets several times a week.
The accommodation has a small garden, a large shaded terrace and a barbecue to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
The house is quietly located in a subdivision, at the end of a small dead end and you can park your vehicle without problem either on one of the parking spaces located in front of the house, or in the garage.
The house is equipped with an intrusion alarm.
The center of the village is a few minutes walk away and you will find a supermarket 100m from the house at the exit of the housing estate.
During the summer season on Saturday mornings and Wednesday mornings you have a local market in the center of the village.
Weekly and fortnightly rental in season from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.

- Main beach located 1.7km away (5 mins by car or 10 mins by bike).

Location trés fonctionnelle située à la fois près du centre de argeles village. A proximité des plages. emplacement trés calme à l'abri de l'agitation des allées proche de la mer néanmoins les ados éventuels peuvent en profiter pleinement. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans le coin, il faudra revenir car il reste des choses à voir ! choses importante prévoir les dé^lacements en vélo à l'intérieur d'argeles à cette époque de l'année. Accueil trés sympathique des propriétaires et du voisinage. Donc en résumé un lieu de vacances adapté à toute la famille.

trés bon séjour. bien aménagé. tout le confort est la. même pour une grande famille. secteur trés calme pour un repos bien mérité. proche du centre ville et des commerces 5 mn à pied. une petite marche pour se rendre à la plage. au final très bonnes préstations.

Excellente location, très propre, avec tout le confort, située dans un endroit calme, près du centre ville. Nous avons gardé l'adresse car nous y retournerons certainement.Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour.
