This is a bright accommodation, comfortable, very nice, with a separate entrance. It is located in Soustons, a town on the south coast of the Landes, in the southwest of France. This apartment is on the first floor of a designer house, private terrace with sun loungers in the garden.
Towels and sheets supplied, wi-fi, bikes,
garden access, parking. It is 800 m from the city center, market and shops, 1 km from the lake; a bike path provides direct access to the house.
The city of Soustons is 8 km from the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by forests, it enjoys a privileged location with a mild climate and ocean. Near Hossegor, Capbreton and Vieux Boucau, Soustons is near the Basque Country and Spain, close to the Pyrenees.
This is a nice little town, surrounded by 5 lakes, a marine lake, a beautiful forest, it has a water sports center. Beautiful bike paths connect the whole.
A Soustons beach, part of the commune located at the edge of the Atlantic, is located a 9 hole golf course (the only golf Landes to offer a driving range on the water). Three other 18 hole golf courses are nearby (about 10 km).
Summer and winter, the Monday morning market offers all local products. The Landes is renowned for its beaches and gastronomy.
Soustons is also an ideal resort for lovers of spa treatments in Dax.
Activities abound: in early August, five days of festivities enliven Soustons. Summer local festivals are considered, including their landaises in arenas.
Beautiful walks you will discover the Basque country: Biarritz, St. Jean de Luz, Hendaye, Espelette, Cambo les Bains, Sare, St. Jean Pied de Port.
Hiking opportunities in Armagnac, and getaways day in Pau, Lourdes, Arcachon and San Sebastian in Spain.
Athletes will be met: tennis, cycling, jogging, hiking in the forest, golf, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, pedal boating and surfing school in Soustons beach.

Große geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Mängel ,Kaffeemaschine undicht, Waschmaschine mit kleinen Tücken. Störend war ein schimmeliger Geruch im Treppenhaus, so das man wirklich gut durchlüfteten musste. Die Lage der Wohnung ist am Stadtrand, der Verkehrslärm erträglich. Fahrräder werden angeboten zur Vermietung, sind aber nicht verkehrstauglich ( 40 Jahre alt und rostig, meine Bremse funktionierte nicht… ) also besser ausleihen! Nette Vermieter !
