About this house rental
This quintessential San Francisco home is in the great Noe Valley neighborhood. Easy walking distance to all amenities - restaurants, stores, parks and public transport.
You'll find traditional San Francisco Victorian features with modern, comfortable furnishings, art, and plenty of sun.
The home is a great base for your San Francisco adventures, whether you are exploring the neighborhood, roaming around the city, or relaxing in front of the TV.
You'll have complete and exclusive access to the house, garden, garage, etc.
Garage and driveway are available and provide off-street parking for two cars. On-street parking is typically very easy, but pay attention to signs - parking tickets are expensive in SF!
Family friendly neighborhood but close enough to all the action of the Castro and Mission District. A terrific park for little kids is just across the street - it has a toddler-sized playground, plus big flat areas for riding bikes or kicking balls. A bigger park, with bigger play structure, is a couple blocks up the hill. Both parks have tennis and basketball courts.
A few more blocks away is Glen Canyon, a terrific wild area with rocks to climb, trails to explore, and maybe even a glimpse of SF wildlife!
Walk down 24th Street one block to the start of wonderful Noe Valley, chock-full of family-friendly restaurants, shops, a Whole Foods supermarket, and more. Or, head up to Diamond Heights where you'll find Safeway, a popular Dim Sum restaurant, and more.
The Muni 35 bus stops across the street. The 48 bus stop is one block away, and the 24 bus is two blocks away. J Church train is about 5 blocks away. The 24th St BART station is ~12 blocks away on the 48 bus line - or have a nice walk from there through Noe Valley. Similar distance to Castro and Market, where you find MUNI train lines K, L, and M.
Close to the hip Mission district and Castro neighborhoods, but far enough away that the neighborhood is quite, safe, and clean!

My family visited San Francisco during the holidays and the house was perfect for my cousins and their kids. Everything was comfortable and went smoothly at the house. No issues at all. The rooms are bright and enjoyable. Access was easy. Thanks again

I lived in San Francisco and the Bay Area for over 20 years; Noe Valley has always been one of those quintessential SF neighborhoods that we'd travel to for meeting friends for dinner or drinks, or just window shopping. Having the opportunity to stay in a beautifully maintained and iconic home in this terrific neighborhood was just perfect for us. For a family of 3 with a toddler, this place was ideal. The owners have children (and toys) of their own, and the moment our 3 year old stepped inside, he was immediately right at home playing with legos and exploring the (rare!) private SF backyard; there's even a park with playground on the corner. The 3 of us stayed downstairs and used the upstairs bathtub for him (the downstairs tub/shower is great, but is an extra deep jacuzzi tub that is harder to get a 40lb kid in and out of). The house has great natural light, was clean and quiet, and being able to park in the driveway in a popular neighborhood is crucial. We loved our stay here, and the next time the family comes to visit SF, we'll hope it's available for us again!

The house was well-equipped with everything we could need. We loved the open floor plan, with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, plenty of play space for children, a great backyard with play equipment. It is a bright and well-maintained house, cheerful, with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and other necessities, beautifully furnished, and even as I recall a Christmas tree, which was great for us as we were celebrating a delayed Christmas! We could not have been more comfortable. All was as advertised and more. Five Stars, for sure!
