Large, beautiful and bright villa with swimming pool and four bedrooms, 400 m from the beach, quiet at the end of an alley, not overlooked.

- Passing the front door, you are welcomed by a large and double living room - dining room, opening directly onto the swimming pool and the terraces by two large sliding picture windows. The view is superb on the swimming pool and the garden. Furnishings include leather lounge, large dining table / leather chair, coffee table, Sony 4K TV

- The kitchen is fully equipped for a pleasant stay (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, crockery, etc.). It also opens via a sliding glass door onto its own terrace. which is covered and furnished with a large table / chair and gas Plancha.
- To the left of the entrance, a corridor will lead you to two large and bright air-conditioned rooms, which open by glass doors directly onto the terraces and the swimming pool.
Double beds, one 140 cm bed and the second 160 cm bed (new mattresses and box springs) Each bedroom has a large and functional closet. Next to the bedrooms, the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.
- To the right of the entrance, a beautiful staircase will lead you to the garden level (completely renovated in 2018) which includes: two large bedrooms (a double bed 140 cm wide and a sofa bed. a baby bed), a shower room and separate WC.
- A large garage will complete the villa

This villa provides tasteful and comfortable living for famillies with a good balance of sunny areas and shade. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and a heated pool are essential and make all the difference. The garden merits particular credit as its thoughtful design and maintenance faithfully reflect the ambience of the more exotic gardens of the Côte d'Azur. This is a delightful place to be.

The highlights for us were the outdoor eating area and the pool, both of which were used every day. Very nice bedrooms on the ground floor, with good bathroom facilities for all of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped.
The location was also very good, with shops a 20 minute walk away and two beaches with restaurants 20 and 30 minutes' walk.
Highly recommended.

The villa is ideally situated for access to the sea, shops and tourist attractions. It's outlook over the Mediterranean, heated pool and peaceful location are strong attractions. A well appointed property that has an exceptionally tasteful decor, the villa provides comfortable and flexible accommodation for family groups.
This is a first class venue, capably supported by effective customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived at Le Cigalice until the day we left - our stay was magical. The house has everything we needed in regards to facilities - the stand out for our family with a teenager, a 5 year old and an infant has to be the pool area & amazing views out to sea and across the coast line. The location is perfect for driving to nearby St Maxime & Frejus. Saint Aygulf village has all the amenities needed and some lovely beach areas too.
We can’t wait to go back again!
