A lovely apartment for a family with kids

We stayed in the apartment in July and just loved it. There are two bed-rooms and one huge living room with an open kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed (very comfortable) and a small chest of drawers and the other bedroom's has 2 bank-beds and a small wardrobe. There is a shower room and a toilet (separated). The kitchen is very well equipped and contains everything for a long stay (dishwasher, stove and oven, micro-wave etc) there are also plenty of plates, glasses (including wine glasses), cutlery etc. There is also a small private terrace in front of the house, where it was lovely to sit in the evening with a glass of wine, or to have dinner if it's not too cold. I think it's one of the rare holiday apartments with a terrace in Le Mont-Dore (I could not find anything else). My kids loved to play petanque there :-) (the balls were available in the apartment). The apartment is beautifully decorated and very cozy!! I can only imagine how lovely it is in winter. It's an old building, with very high ceiling and huge windows. Very quiet location! The location is also great, close to the funicular and other activities, and well as hiking paths. A free parking is also available. Sylvie, the manager, was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed dealing with her. We are already thinking of returning there in winter :-)

Appartement avec le cachet des hotels 1900, joli,tres bien décoré,très spatieux,avec un devant de porte appreciable,très calme aussi et à côté de tous les commerces et des randonnées pédestres et cyclistes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la fraîcheur bienvenue (canicule) de ce logement chargé d’histoire.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet appartement. Il est non seulement très bien situé (juste devant le funiculaire et à 2 min à pied des commerces, mais malgré tout au calme), mais il est en plus très confortable: grande et lumineuse pièce de vie, cuisine équipée (grand frigo, lave-vaisselle et matériel de qualité à disposition), grande chambre d'enfants, agréable salle d'eau et WC séparés, lave-linge, place de parking (indispensable en pleine saison), au rez-de-chaussée (super facile avec la poussette), et avec un petit jardin agrémenté d'une table et de chaises. Il est certain que si nous décidons de revenir passer des vacances dans la région, nous opterons pour cet appartement sans hésitation !

L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder à plusieurs très belles balades ou randonnées et aux boutiques du Mont Dore. L'appartement, avec ses beaux volumes est très spacieux. Nous l'avons retrouvé avec autant de plaisir que la première fois.

Bel appartement très agréable par les volumes et superficies des pièces, lumineux, bien situé dans le village à proximité des commerces. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il manque juste quelques espaces vides de rangement, et un store occultant pour la petite fenêtre dans la chambre parentale. Le parking privé est appréciable. Bonne réactivité de la propriétaire et de la gestionnaire en cas de question, très bon contact. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet appartement spacieux Et fonctionnel, avec beaucoup de charme. Il y a plusieurs jeux, ce qui est très appréciable quand on est coincé à l’intérieur à cause du mauvais temps. En sortant par le portillon de droite, on est à peine à 150m du syndicat d’initiative. A 2 pas du centre ville. Merci à Sylvie pour son accueil chaleureux. Une fenêtre n’a pas de volet dans la chambre adulte mais nul doute qu’il y aura prochainement un rideau occultant.

Objekt hat sehr gute Lage, direkt neben der Seilbahn (Téléferique) und dennoch schön ruhig. Ehemaliges Hotel (etwas renovierungsbedürftig - Garten leider ziemlich verwildert), dadurch sehr hohe Raumhöhe. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Leider kein Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer. Trotzdem kein Punktabzug, da insgesamt alles top war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Wanderungen direkt ab Wohnung möglich. Parkplatz vorhanden. Angenehmer Kontakt bei Wohnungsübergabe. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Appartement très spacieux avec parking privé et fermé dans le centre du Mont Dore en face du funiculaire, et au départ de beaucoup de randonnées. Parcours d'accrobranche situé au Capucin, à l'arrivée de la gare du Funiculaire. Il y a eu beaucoup d'animations au Mont Dore durant les 15 premiers jours d'août 2019 avec des concerts gratuits et deux spectacles de rue. Pour les familles divers loisirs : bowling, patinoire, luge d'été, équitation avec possibilité de balade en montagne quelque soit le niveau, piscine à la Bourboule. Bref nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Les volumes rendent cet appartement aéré, lumineux : on s'y sent bien! Sylvie, qui nous a accueilli, est très agréable et sa souplesse sur les horaires nous a permis un gain de temps appréciable sur des vacances toujours trop courtes! Les enfants ont apprécié leur chambre et les lampes de lecture individuelles! Bref, à refaire!
