If you prefer a unique view, this condo is located on the very tip of the island. The breathtaking view from the private balcony and the master bedroom is of Blind Pass (the opening between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. You may see dolphin, sea birds and boats on the water right outside your sliding doors as the tide moves in and out of the Pass. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen features granite counter tops and state of the art appliances. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the family! We loved the view we had we had the inlet side and we could also see the GulfWe saw dolphins and manatees every day we enjoyed watching the fisherman and all the boats go by when you laid in bed, you looked straight out of the water. It looked like you were on the water. It was wonderful. We would absolutely stay there again.

This is a lovely unit in a great location. The pictures are pretty representative. It looks out over the canal and into the gulf - you do not have the beach view that some do, but it doesn't pretend you do. The unit itself is fine - has basic outfitting. The kitchen has been a bit updated, but the bathrooms have not. The resort is lovely, has tennis, pool, pickleball - does not have a fitness center. The beach is very nice at the end - never gets crowded. Linens could use a refresh as could pots and pans, but all in all, 5 stars.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When we arrived the condo has several of the blinds broken or missing the slates. The master bedroom door bottom hinge wasn't screwed down and couldn't open and shut the door. The condo wasn't cleaned very well either, with hair on the floor and on the bed sheets. There was also bad flooring in front of the washing machine and bathroom.
We have stayed at resort rentals several times over the years and for the price increase along with the new 30 parking permit, its turning into the place not stay stay at in the future. We had 3 condos rented this week with other family members and they experienced similar issues as well.
I did call maintenance for the repairs in our condo and they was addressed.
