Great apartment on banks of the Seine in a pleasant small town. Property was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Some nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Easy connections into Paris on both the A and J lines. Hosts very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Visited London for the first time, and this place was perfect. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the bus, which connects to the Underground. The rooms were great, kitchen was great too. WiFi worked for the most part but it did seem slow at times, which was a problem for the teens and their devices. Overall, great place, check in was perfect, stay was great, and we definitely would book again!

When we arrived in France, we wanted to stay somewhere quiet but close to Paris...this spot allowed us to take a bus/train/short walk to get to the Gite. The location is 50 yards from the main street along the Seine....cool brassieries and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Above the Gite on the hill is a spectaculare old 13th century chuch and adjacent park. The maritime musuem offers a great tour and amazing views abound. The Gite itself has a very functional layout....plenty of space for a family of six with both a washer and dryer! After a long flight and connection to get to the front gate of the Gite, Laurent was there to meet us and make sure we were comfortably settled. Bravo, Jeff, Wife & Kiddos.

Great home - the price was very reasonable to stay about 40 minutes outside of Paris. there are 2 train stations nearby to go into Paris! Clean, spacious- everything you need in a vacation home. Owners were welcoming and easy to contact.

We stayed here during a rainy February school week break with our family. We were always so happy to return each evening after a long wet day of exploring to this cozy apartment. As the other reviews stated, the cleanliness really was superb. We had plenty of space and everything a family could need for the week! The location was good for two different metro stations that we used to start our adventures each day. We enjoyed coming back to the relative quiet of this town each night. The town itself is charming and has so many (helpful to non-French speakers) tasty restaurants, bakery, sweet shop and stores. The apartment owners were very welcoming, great with communication and helpful withe area suggestions.

From Check-in through to check out the hosts were amazing. This was a fantastic well located property with excellent transport links for our Daily trip into Paris & St Dennis. We purchased a 10 day travel card for €30 which covered everything we needed from Bus, Tram, RER & Train. The advice of the amazing locals at resturants/bars was invaluable. We will be back!

The flat is really cosy and ideal for families because of the 3 bedrooms. The flat is right on the river and close to the shops. There are 2 supermarkets in town and a great bakery. You can also walk to the park in a few minutes. There is also a great skate park there. We took the train to Paris every day. The journey takes 25 minutes and you walk about 20 minutes to the station. Overall, I enjoyed living a bit outside of Paris. Much more relaxed. I would love to come back. Many greetings and thanks to the landlords who were very welcoming.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was situated just across from the river, and the views were gorgeous and serene. It was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Paris. The home was near buses and trains making travel very convenient. Everything we needed was supplied. We were greeted kindly by the owners and appreciated their tips and insider info on the area. We would highly recommend this home.

The ideal house in the perfect location for visiting Paris and the surrounding areas. Christelle and Laurent was very helpful and friendly in all our exchanges prior to our stay. We had very little contact with them during our stay, other than a message to check everything was okay, which it was. I am certain if we had needed any more assistance thay would have made themselves available to us. The house is roomy for a family of five, and well maintained. It was nicely furnished and stocked with everything you would need for a family vacation. Conflans-Sainte-Honorine is a picturesque town on the Seine with lots of restaurants and a direct train to Paris Saint Lazare, in the city centre. It is also perfectly placed for for visiting the likes of Versailles, Stade de France and Parc Asterix by car. The property played a big part to ensuring that we had a wonderful time during our holiday.

I chose this place after reading all the great reviews about it. It did not disappoint. Very lovely home with lots of natural light, great kitchen/dining/living area, and bright bedrooms. Beds were nice and cozy with the chilly weather. The owner came right away when we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on, super kind. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station to go into Paris, and you can metro/walk all around Paris. There are neighborhood groceries/pastry shops nearby and cafés/restaurants by the water. We would definitely come here again. In a quiet neighborhood, not noisy like in Paris.

We traveled though Europe for 3 weeks. This was by far our favorite place to stay. It was such a quaint house in a wonderful location. The owners met us upon check in and were so very nice. The house was perfect. Very clean with modern amenities. We walked on the paved path along the river to the train station each day. Many shops and restaurants within a short walk. We really enjoyed fresh baguettes each day from a local bakery. I would highly recommend this property.

This home is lovely and clean. Beautiful location and nice hosts. We would stay here again. It may not be suitable for the elderly due to staircase leading up to actual apartment and then further stairs up to bedrooms. Paid parking to property and too early check-out but this would not put is off.

Two couples just completed our stay at this property and were very pleased with the location and apartment itself. Older apartments will always have their issues, but the charm of staying in a location that was convenient to our sightseeing plans and within walking distance to the center of the city made them seem small. The one thing I would recommend per my wife, would be a full length mirror in the larger tub bathroom and a bath mat. Also please note that the stairs leading to the apartment will be challenging to get any sizable amount of luggage if you are not fit and mobile. The owner helped us through this and also gave us a bottle of wine and some supplies since we arrived on Sunday after the stores had already closed.

We felt very comfortable and at home. The children enjoyed the selection of videos and the comfy bean-bags. The kitchen is well equipped and we thought it was kind of them to leave us a few basics (tea, coffee, loo rolls, etc). I would highly recommend this property.

I hope to return to this lovely location & delightful host. Sharing with friends & family where I think the should stay (here!) if they are going to Paris & Giverny to Claude Monte home & garden or a day trip convenient to Versailles. The town Conflans-Sainte-Honorine is charming. Wonderful to walk around the village discovering wonderful shops, bakeries & casual or quaint restaurant that are reasonably priced. Taking in the history of old well maintained homes without adding modern buildings that distract from the charm. The kitchen is full equipped & 2 full baths that make it great for multiple guest easily to accommodate 6 people. The View out the windows of the Seine River & the beautiful courtyard below. You can walk along the river or venture a hike up some of the nearby streets to take in the sights of additional homes & buildings with character. Great to be able to travel & visit the fast hustle of Paris yet with the bonus of calm in the mornings & evenings in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine. If possible for your itinerary try to enjoy several nights here.

We stayed here for 2+ weeks while my granddaughter was attending school. The apartment was perfect for us, close to the rail station and all everything else we needed. Christelle was so nice in picking us up at the station when we arrived as well as taking us to the station when we left. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and beds were comfortable. One of the best features is the fact that it has both a washing machine and dryer which worked perfectly. Thank you again Christelle for all of your help!

My family and I wanted a French experience and this was a great place for that! We were met with croissant and pastries, and really enjoyed the ambiance of a home with so much history. The community there on the river was great, with restaurants down the street, and pleasant people everywhere you go. Close to the train to Paris, and great areas for walking along the Seine in the evening.

Het appartement is gelegen op de 1e en 2e verdieping (slaapkamers) van een huis met uitzicht op de Seine. Rustige locatie , maar toch op loopafstand van bakker, restaurants etc. Mooie inrichting, goed geoutilleerde keuken, lekkere bedden en de ventilatoren kwamen goed van pas i.v.m. de hittegolf. Superaardige eigenaars, kortom een fantastische plek om Parijs en omgeving te verkennen!

Wir waren zu 5. für einen längeren Zeitraum in der Wohnung von Laurent und Christelle und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit einem schönen Wohnzimmer und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit, sollten irgendwelche Probleme auftreten. Mit Blick auf die Seine hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht, die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zu dem Bahnhof (rer A) fährt ein Bus, allerdings nur morgens und abends. Der zweite Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in etwa 12 Minuten gut erreichbar, mit ihm kommt man in einer guten haben Stunde in die Pariser Innenstadt.
