Our on the ground floor holiday apartment Altensien is about 50 square meters, can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests and a toddler up to 2 years. The apartment has been decorated very lovingly, modern and comfortable. Of course our guests can use a free internet connection here.  A separate entrance and a hallway with cloakroom leads into the living room. Here is a couch (sleeping for a third person) with table and armchairs and a closet with flat screen TV / radio, a CD and DVD player and a docking station for i-Phone. From this room you can enter your terrace with garden furniture (southwest facing).  A fireplace in the living area ensures in the evening for a contemplative end of the day. This apartment ensures a cozy atmosphere, especially in the autumn and winter months. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, clock radio, a flat-screen TV / radio and a wardrobe with built-in safe.  The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, exhaust hood, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave with grill function and a fridge. Also here is a dining table with seating. From here you can enter an additional terrace with garden furniture.  The modern bathroom has a vanity unit with mirrored wardrobe, shower and toilet, a towel dryer and a hairdryer. Welcome to our Villa Rügen! In our apartment house Villa Rügen there are six quiet and modern furnished holiday apartments (max 4 guests and a toddler, 1 to 2 bedrooms, with internet connection) and a separate entrance.

Our house is located just a few steps from the famous Selliner Wilhelmstraße and was rebuilt in 2012. It is only about 500 m to the sandy beach and the famous Sellin pier. The Ostseebad Sellin is located directly in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with a diverse landscape and beautiful nature.����������Of course, the apartments have balconies or Terraces with their respective garden furniture. Your landlord family Samulevitz managed about 300 meters from the apartment house on the Sellin main promenade a hotel with restaurant. Here you can also have breakfast on request or take a typical meal in the restaurant. For your brought bikes is a garaging available.
