About this house rental
Centrally located10 minutes from Bracebridge Port Carling and Windemere on 3 Mile Lake. The cottage has all the amenities of home. There are two big screen Tvs. One in the finished walkout basement with a games room provided for entertainment. There is a dishwasher microwave Napolean BBQ. 10X40 cedar deck and full complete pine kitchen. We have 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs in the walkout basement. There are 3 solid queen beds and a solid king pine bed in the master bedroom. After dinner watch the sunset over the lake and enjoy an evening fire with the kids by the lakeside fire pit with marsh mellows. Dont want to cook? Enjoy one of the many waterfront restaurants in near by Port Carling or Windemere. There is a beautiful 10 X10 screened in porch of the main dining area for late night enjoyment.

There were many sitting areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful views both inside and out.

Our stay at this beautiful cottage was nothing short of spectacular!! The cottage was was fully equipped and the waterfront property was stunning!! The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful; they were there at the property to welcome us and give us a quick orientation.

This cottage is gorgeous, spacious, clean and very private. We were there with another family and it was more than spacious enough for our needs! It really felt like an escape from Ontario, kind of felt like we were in BC with the way the patio and decking feels/views.
The grounds are beautiful and dock and lake are amazing. Really nice to kayak in the lake as there was not too much motor boat traffic.
Bryan was so responsive and helpful! Would love to go back sometime.

The owners were there when we arrived to explain everything which was great. We loved that there were multiple places to enjoy. The screened in area was our favorite.
