Chalet rental Lans-en-Vercors

Rent an adorable wooden chalet (for 6 people) perched in the forest, facing the Lans Mountains, 15 minutes' walk from the village and 15 minutes by car from the slopes. Very cozy, with a pretty terrace from which you can have lunch and admire the surrounding mountains, all comfort (TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher), it is THE ideal spot for cocooning, skiing and easy hiking in winter or enjoy a lovely Heidi vacation in summer.

We enjoyed the private terrace looking out through the pine trees to the village below and beyond to the Vercors ridge. We walked from the chalet up to the ridge and other great walks just a short drive away. We saw lots of interesting flowers in the area (11 species of orchids, gentians and fantastic alpine flowers), as well as marmots, ibex and alpine birds. We ate every breakfast and supper on the terrace, enjoying the morning sun and the evening shade with setting sun lighting the far side of the valley. The host met us on site which was useful as it is quite difficult to locate the challet as there are several dotted together in the woods. Nearby Netto was handy for shopping. We greatly enjoyed our holiday - thank you for letting us stay.
