Our bright, friendly and completely renovated non-smoking apartment (102 m²) is located in the south of the city, in a prime quiet residential area in the 1st Floor of our house. The city center can be reached in about 15-20 minutes, the Steigerwald in 10 minutes. Moreover, there is a good tram connections. The rooms are large and spacious and all have a darkening. For your stay you have a large kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, shower / WC and a conservatory. The rooms are beautifully furnished and invite you to linger and relax. Pets on request. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, radio, 2 clock radios, safe and home trainer. A travel cot and a high chair are available on request. It can be parked on both sides of our street, where there is always a place to eat.
