About this villa rental
Beautiful air-conditioned villa on one level with pool, facing south, located in the heart of the village of Lattes in a secure residential area halfway between the sea and Montpellier in the immediate vicinity of the tramway and shops
Ideal family - 4 adults maximum
Ideally located halfway between Palavas and Montpellier (7 mn by car)
In the center of the village, in a private residence of 9 villas, secured with entrance gate and access code.
A 2 minute walk from the beautiful Sunday market of Lattes and all shops (bakery, press, carrefour city, butcher shop, futures ...)
5 minutes walk from the tram that will take you to Montpellier center, the train station, supermarkets, the shopping center and outdoor leisure "Odysseum" (multiplex cinema, ice rink veapolis, climbing wall, aquarium Mare Nostrum, Planetarium, many restaurants)
1 minute from the bike path that joins on one side Montpellier and the other Palavas along the natural site of Méjean and the ponds in 20 minutes ride (2 bikes are available and a bike trailer)
Possibility to come by train: everything can be done on foot, by bike or by tram.
This house of about 100 m2 on its ground of 500 m2 will seduce you with its very raised outside, its closed garden and its swimming pool of 6 * 3 protected by an electric curtain.
With its terrace and living room facing south our ultra bright house is composed of:
-From a first bedroom with a bed of 160 and bathroom with bathtub
-A second bedroom with a bed of 140
-A toilet and shower area
-A second toilet
-One large open living room with kitchen, living room, office and a second living room that can serve as 3rd night area (2 60 cm bench for children): This space is separated from the rest of the room by a glass roof and a curtain.
1 secured parking space is available in front of the house.
Access to the garage for bicycles
Leger vis-à-vis a neighbor's bedroom window very rarely occupied
Equipment at your disposal: Connected TV with subscription to Netflix included, connected speaker with subscription to Spotify included, barbecue, electric griddle, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, wine cellar, 2 beds umbrella stroller

Wir haben den Urlaub in der geräumigen und schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Vom Frühstückstisch in den Pool - diese Möglichkeit wurde von den Kindern gerne angenommen.
Von Lattes aus kann man viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen - Montpellier, Beziers, Sete oder Aigues-Mortes um einige zu nennen.
Die Abwicklung mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée (vélos, Netflix, enceintes avec Spotify à disposition...). Le marché du dimanche offre d'excellents produits locaux à 5 min de la maison.
Le jardin arboré avec piscine est magnifique, idéal pour les déjeuners et dîners en terrasse! Piscine très appréciée des enfants.
Beaucoup de choses sont accessibles en vélo et en tram (plages, Montpellier...) mais une voiture nous a permis de découvrir l'arrière pays magnifique (Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert, la petite Camargue, le marché de Sommière...).
Bref, un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, pour se reposer et/ou pour découvrir la région.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans cette agréable maison. Tout y est pour passer un bon moment : piscine de bonne taille et exposée plein sud, jardin arboré, vélos à disposition, climatisation (absolument nécessaire en période de canicule), accès internet,... La maison est très bien décorée avec du mobilier de qualité et les propriétaires sont plus que sympathiques, nous avons reçu de nombreuses petites attentions à notre arrivée.
La maison est idéalement située : à proximité du petit-centre ville de Lattes avec un accès direct et rapide à Montpellier en tramway en 20 minutes, la piste cyclable qui permet de rejoindre la mer (Palavas-Les-Flots) débute à 200 mètres de la maison et traverse les haras et le site protégé du Méjean.
Bref, nous avons apprécié.
