About this villa rental
Close to Calvi,
Quiet villa with large grounds and fruit trees, at the top of a hill, close to the village and the beaches.
Located in the Fangu Valley, classified as a Biosphere Reserve by the Unesco, near the marine and terrestrial natural reserve of Scandola, also listed on the Unesco World Heritage List.
An exceptional site for a holiday in the sun; sports or idleness.
Close to the largest diving club in Corsica, the Fangu river, the GR20 trails.
The foot of the bedside lamps have a USB port to charge your smartphones.
Bed linen and towels not provided, extra on request.
Bed linen 150 Euros and towels 120 Euros.
Any stained linen will be charged at the purchase/replacement price.
Vacation rentals in a respectful & responsible spirit :
The villa is at your disposal, cleaning done, please keep it clean.
Mandatory Cleaning will be carried out either by you for the day of your departure, either by a cleaning service that you must reserve upon your arrival (250 euros) and that will perfom it on Friday, the day before your departure.
Cleaning deposit of €300 in cash to be given upon arrival, billing if cleanliness is not respected at check out.
You have bins to sort waste and a composter near the oak tree, please use them and empty them when you leave in the containers at the gate, except glass and bottles to put in the containers located in the village, there are near the beach next to the Filosorma hotel.
The black container is for garbage bags, the yellow is for cardboard and plastic packaging, aluminum, blue for paper.
If you put waste in the wrong bins the amount of the fine will be taken from the deposit!
- No noise after 10:30 p.m.
- No smoking, throw butts nowhere nor food in the garden
- No pets allowed
- Arrival from 6.30 p.m.
- Departure at 10 a.m maximum
You can book a meal tray and drinks for the day of your arrival on order, you can also use the boat rental services with and without a license or a trip with a skipper to visit the Scandola maritime nature reserve with 50% discount with Scandola Marine :

Summary of reviewsThe owner was very nice and gave good advice, speaks excellent English. The house is beautifully located, spacious, with good beds and mosquito nets. Ideal for beach trips with short driving distances. We had a relaxing time and look forward to returning.

Marc, der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hat uns gut beraten.
Er spricht sehr gutes Englisch!!!
Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage und ist sehr groß und
großzügig geschnitten.
Betten (Matratzen)waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und auch
sind an allen (Schlafräume/ Küche) Mückengitter angebracht, obwohl wir
nicht eine gesichtet haben! Küche ist etwas sehr spotanisch eingerichtet...
Für uns war`s egal.
Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für sehr schöne Strand- und Gumpenausflüge, besonders für Kinder.Kurze Anfahrzeiten.
Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame wunderschöne Zeit und freuen uns sehr darauf, mal wieder in diese fantastische Villa zurück zu kommen.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre amis (3 couples) du 11 au 18 août dans cette très belle villa. La plage est à 1 km (en voiture, pas de chemin pédestre pour y aller), idéal pour faire un pique-nique au couché du soleil ! Galéria est un village paisible et à mi-chemin entre l'île rousse et Porto. Marc le propriétaire est très arrangeant et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
