About this apartment rental
Triplex apartment of 62m2 Carrez law (72 habitable) classified 3 stars in the center of Valloire, 50 m from the 2 gondolas and the ESF. Central and very quiet environment. 2nd floor with elevator, closed box in the basement, ski locker (for 4 or 5), WIFI.
Park your car in the box and do everything on foot.

1 cabin bedroom with bunk beds, A bathroom (shower) with WC.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom (shower) with WC, an alcove with 1 person bed closed by blackout curtain.
On the 2nd floor, bedroom overlooking a staircase with a sofa bed for 2 people and a small American pool table for relaxing, skylights and blackout blinds.
Equipment: ceramic hob, oven with cold door, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, pressure cooker, cast iron casserole, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, 80 cm flat screen TV with USB port and HDMI.

The property was as described in a great location. Communication with Jean-Francois was always easy. Only negative was the Wi-Fi, especially with 3 teenagers, but there are plenty of games for the evenings we stayed in. Would come back again

The property was very well equipped and ideal for a family with children. It was good to have 2 shower and toilet facilities. Access to Ski lifts, ski hire, ski school etc was very good and there was no need to use the car. Although near to the centre of Valloire it was far enough away to be quiet and have the mountain views nearby. Would recommend the property for a skiing holiday and I would imagine it would be very attractive in Spring/Summer.
