About this apartment rental
Duplex apartment for 5 people conveniently located and very bright.
Aiguille Grive 1 building in the quiet district of Charmettoger. Grocery / bakery / pizzeria, laundromat, passes and ski rental down the building.
Club pioupiou close to your grandchildren and the snow front of the resort
5 minutes walk from the resort center, covered parking and shuttle bus stop next to the building.
Direct trains from many European cities to Bourg Saint Maurice, you change dock, take the funicular to Arcs 1600 and then a few minutes shuttle which drops you at the foot of the building.
Located on the 5th floor of the building, facing south-west with beautiful view of the valley.
Living room, kitchen, balcony and bathroom with tub and toilet on the ground floor.
A separate room floor (2 adults), children's corner (3 beds), and toilet.
Paying Wifi access throughout the residence.
Quiet apartment at the end of the corridor, near the exit giving direct access to the ski slopes (see photo taken from the track in green and balcony exit door in pink):
- Or Transarc gondola or Villards + TSD6 Carreley
- Either Charmettoger chairlift.
Direct access to the Paradiski connection via only one mechanical reassembled out of the building.

Perfect location for skiing and flat had everything we needed for a ski week. Communication with owner was excellent.

The appartement is fine and has everything you need. We appreciated the location the most, right at the slopes and near a very calm chairlift where we never had to wait.
The only negative feedback is that the appartement was not very clean at arrival and the beds are not very comfortable ( too rigid and very small/ short)

Great little apartment as a base for our ski holiday. Couldn't get closer to the piste!
For 2 adults and 2 teenagers, the apartment was cosy, but maximised use of space for storage. The kitchen is small but well equipped.
Parking was tricky - we'd advise booking a space well in advance if possible during busy weeks.

L’appartement a été bien rénové dans sa partie supérieure et reste confortable. La situation dans la station est idéale et l’accès aux pistes est très rapide. La résidence est calme et adaptée aux séjours en famille.
Un seul bémol sur la propreté de la location à l’arrivée qui était tout juste correcte. Une véritable procédure d’état des lieux permettrait certainement de responsabiliser les usagers ou bien imposer un ménage extérieur avec une liste très précise des choses à faire à chaque départ/arrivée. Par ailleurs, l’attente a été très longue à l’agence, environ 45 minutes, juste pour récupérer des clés.
