About this house rental

Our modern and cozy furnished thatched cottage "Wellenklang" was completed in the summer of 2018 and invites you to a relaxing holiday on Szczecin Lagoon. The fishing village, a well maintained holiday complex, is located in the southeast of the island in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. On bike and hiking tours you will be able to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Usedom hinterland with forests, meadows and lakes. In just 8 km away you reach the imperial baths Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin with their dreamlike Baltic Sea beaches. The beach on the Szczecin Lagoon is located in the idyllic Kamminke. There you can end the day at the harbor with a delicious fish meal overlooking the lagoon and the sunset.
Relax in a top-furnished holiday home, suitable for couples, friends and families with max. 5 people offers space and comfort. The house "Wellenklang" is equipped with an open and spacious living and dining area with TV corner, fireplace (gas), kitchen area with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna and 3 bedrooms. All rooms have underfloor heating, electric shutters and insect screens. The sun terrace invites you to linger, tell and relax from breakfast to dinner.
The house has 2 parking spaces, your bikes can be parked in a garden shed.
In the fishing village, a bread service is offered in the main season.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sofort Wohl gefühlt und wären am Liebsten direkt eingezogen ;) Die Ausstattung im Haus ist top, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Einzig einen Spielplatz in direkter Umgebung haben wir vermisst. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in diesem bestens ausgestattetem Ferienhaus verbracht. Hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle Dekoration in allen Bereichen. Das Fischerdorf ist wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt abgeschieden. Man konnte total der Hektik des Alltages entfliehen. Täglich fuhr ein Brötchenwagen vor. Von 8-9 Uhr stand er ca. 30 m von unserem Haus entfernt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit war in 8 km Entfernung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir größtenteils vom Haus aus mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Usedom ist eine Reise wert. Wir haben uns nach den Empfehlung des Vermieters orientiert, und haben in verschiedenen Lokalen bestens gegessen. Wir bedanken uns und wünschen den Vermietern weiterhin viele nette Gäste. Viele Grüße 4 Freunde aus dem Rheinland

Mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Sehr schön eingerichtet und auch in der Küche fehlte einfach nichts! Selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Objekt angemietet! Alles modern eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert! Gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Die 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind voneinander so getrennt, dass wir voneinander nichts mitbekommen haben. Der Gaskamin gibt eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Bei dieser Ausstattung auch in der Küche fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Vermutlich wohnen auch die Eigentümer zeitweilig hier. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
