Spacious house located in a small village 3 km from ESPOSENDE, consisting of 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living / dining room, a bathroom + a shower room, terraces, large garden with parking, pétanque pitch , barbecue, close to the beaches (on foot or by car) and at the foot of the hills where walks between pines and eucalyptus are possible.
You will find mini markets in the village and all amenities in ESPOSENDE: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, markets, museums, swimming pools, small marina…
Ideally located, you can both reconcile idleness, visit sites near ESPOSENDE: Roman remains on the mount of SAO LAURENCO, mills on the beach of APULIA, site of Sra da GUIA ..., visits to the region: PORTO , BRAGA, VIANA DO CASTELO, GERES NATIONAL PARK, GUIMARAES ..., visits to central Portugal easily accessible thanks to motorway infrastructure: COIMBRA, FIGUEIRA DA FOZ, NAZARE, FATIMA ...

The property was easy to book, the communication with the owner was excellent and the property was as advertised.
We didn’t have a car but the walk to Esposende on the beach was beautiful. There is also a local bus service which runs between Porto and Viana do Castelo so you can work around those times. We also used 2 local taxis and the drivers were brilliant - almost a mini sightseeing tour.
The house itself has 4 big double bedrooms and a big garden which is what drew us to the property. There is a local supermarket 5 minutes away where the staff are super friendly and a large supermarket 20 minutes more.
