1-bedroom in a small building. South facing terrace with table for 4, 4 chairs and 2 deck chairs, beautiful view of the Esterel and the Lérins islands. Large living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, TV, internet (wifi), sofa bed for 2. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with 2 80 cm-wide beds. Cupboards.
Ideal location for both conferences and other major events in Cannes, close of the Palais des Festivals, and for the holidays (beach on the other side of the street, the historic Suquet district, and rue d'Antibes for shopping, are within walking distance ).
Please note that from June to September, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday and for entire weeks only.

We very much appreciated the excellant location and the all new kitchen appliances. A minor issue with my electronics was quickly taken care of by Olivier. First rate service.The apartment is compact, but fullfills all your needs for a stay. Great place for photos of crashing waves!

Studio remarquablement situé et équipé. Vue magnifique. Emplacement idéal pour la plage et la baignade, pour les îles de Lerins, pour le marché, pour le vieux Cannes et même la Croisette. Tout le nécessaire est là. Rien à apporter. Les propriétaires ont veillé à offrir tout le confort et décoré avec goût et sobriété cet espace qui peut accueillir un couple et 2 enfants. Merci à eux.
