We spent 2 very happy weeks at "La Tino" this August.
The house in quietly situated amidst stunning scenery with far reaching views. It easily accommodated us, a family of 5, offered reasonably easy access to the local beach, and was well situated for travelling around the region, with a couple of good local family restaurants. In addition, Patrice and Viviane were lovely hosts and there's a friendly local community.

Nous avons passe un sejour fabuleux dans cette villa de Coti chiavari, la maison est conforme a nos attentes et tres fonctionnelle dans un cadre idyllique ! Merci a Viviane et Patrice pour leur gentillesse et disponibilite !

La location et l'environnement sont splendides, un peu isolé quand même mais pas de couverture réseau ; il faut faire 500 m pour pouvoir avoir le téléphone portable et internet, pas très pratique de nos jours, époque ou l'on n'a pas le choix pour communiquer, bien que l'on nous dit vous êtes en vacances, pas besoin d'internet FAUX , aujourd'hui sans internet on ne fait rien ( banque, réservations etc. etc. ).
De plus, on nous dit que la plage est à 20 minutes à pied, c'est faux, à moins d'être un sportif aguerri il faut plus de 40 minutes pour le retour et le terrain est très pentu.....
Il faudrait mettre en garde les futurs locataires de ces désagréments qui me semblent mensongés dans l'annonce.
