2-3 people can sleep. It is fully equipped and furnished for your comfort. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, tumble dryer and washing machine, fridge / freezer and small appliances (juicer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, iron, etc.).

The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, where there are many shops, theaters and historical monuments. It is opposite the Congress of Deputies, by the Barrio de las Letras, with streets full of restaurants, terraces and tapas bars.
Next to the building there is a public car parking open 24 hours. Very close to the apartment there are several bus stops and subway stations to reach all the districts of Madrid. 10 minutes walk from the special bus stop from Barajas airport and Atocha train station (AVE).
It is just a 5 minute walk to the Santa Ana Squares, Sol and Neptune plazas (the Prado and Thyssen Museums). A 10 minute walk to Plaza de Cibeles, the Reina Sofia Museum, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Theater, 15 minutes walk from the Plaza de Oriente and the Almudena Cathedral and the Barrio de Chueca.

Loved our homecaway from home. Thecapt had everything you could need andvthevowners were always available and attentive. We could not have asked for a better location. 10-15 min walk to almost anything. Taxi stand 2 mins away. Tour buses 5 mins. Museums, restaurants, shopping, rooftops, concert venues all within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend and stay again!!

The best thing about this apartment is the location! We barely used the bus or metro because everything was within a short walk.
It does feel like an older place: shower water pressure isn't great, the a/c is very loud, the toilet isn't securely bolted. You can hear trash pickup every night around 11/11:30.
It's decent enough if you're looking for a more affordable option for a week or so that's centrally located.

We spent a lovely 7 weeks at this property. The street it is on is quiet (a security zone across from Congress) but it is 5-15 minutes walk to everything you could want downtown (and just a couple of blocks from the Prado). The apartment is well-furnished and comfortable - much more space than you usually find in downtown Madrid. We hope to stay there again!

Very responsive owner. Spacious apartment. Kitchen is equipped with all necessities. Apartment is within an easy walking distance of major square Sol and plaza MAjor.
