The apartment is located at the SAIDIA marina in a secure residence 24h / 24h, it is on the 2nd and last floor with solarium (private terrace of 100 m² on the roof) accessible by a private staircase from the balcony, with a very beautiful circular view of the region.
The 120 m² apartment includes a large living-dining room (with 20 m² balcony), 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is located in the master bedroom, 1 kitchen and laundry room.
The apartment has maximum comfort, it is equipped with reversible air conditioning (hot in winter and cold in summer), a washing machine, a dishwasher, hot water, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, kitchen utensils, etc ..........
TV channels: 2 satellites: nilesat for the Arab channels and Astra for the foreign channels and the French TNT: TF1, France 2, France 3, M6, Guilli, W9 etc ...
Beyond 4 people, sleeping is done in the very comfortable Moroccan living room since the benches are provided for double use.

En nom de tout l'équipage et moi même GRAND MERCIE à Younès et Khadija pour votre hospitalité. On a bien profité du délicieux couscous, et le confort de votre maison.
Ça sera pour nous un magnifique souvenir, et une rare expérience pour la plupart des touristes.
On reprend la route dans notre bateau vers la Grèce, si on retourne a Saïdia, c'est sûr on viendra vous voir.
Très bel appartement et très belle résidence, BRAVO.

J’avoue que j’appréhendais un peu ce que j’allais trouver à mon arrivée vu les mauvaises surprises quand on a des fois quand on réserve sur internet, mais dès que je suis rentré dans la résidence, ouuuf, un grand soulagement, que du bonheur, j’étais bluffé par la beauté, la verdure et la propreté du site, rien à dire juste magnifique. L’appartement est très très propre, spacieux, ensoleillé et très bien équipé, c’est mieux que sur les photos, tout est fonctionnelle : les chaines de télé françaises et étrangères, le wifi etc….
Nous avons apprécié le très grand balcon et la terrasse privé, le top.
Les 3 piscines de la résidence sont très grandes et très propre, le parking est gratuit et se situe à l’intérieur de la résidence, c’est surveillé par des gardiens et des caméras.
La résidence est située à 1 km de la plage de la marina et du centre commercial Marjane, c’est parfait pour se reposer et bien dormir la nuit dans la tranquillité. Voiture conseillée pour vos déplacements.
L’accueil était parfait par Mme KHADIJA la sœur du propriétaire, merci encore et à très bientôt inchaallah.

Excellent, appartement très très propre et très calme, le propriétaire Younès est très sérieux, sa soeur khadija qui s'occupe de l'appartement est très gentille et disponible, que du bonheur, aucune surprise, je dirais c'est même mieux que sur les photos. N'hésitez pas une seconde pour louer cet appartement, il est très bien équipé et tous les équipements sont opérationnels.
Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cet appartement et dans cette résidence.
