Très bonne location, parfait pour deux personnes et conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Bien équipé et proche des principaux centres d'intérêt, notamment des plages du débarquement, de Bayeux ou de Caen. Accueil parfait de la propriétaire qui est très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes. N'hésitez pas !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Normandie. La résidence est très calme. La propriétaire est très sympathique et veille au bien être de ses résidents. Nous avons adoré l'appartement qui est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Deux terrasses sont à notre disposition ainsi qu'un jardinet clos et privé très appréciable. La literie est excellente. Un grand plus le lit est fait à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons et pour plus longtemps.

Accueil sympathique. Parking sécurisé. La propriétaire réside dans l'immeuble et est disponible si besoin. Construction ancienne mais appartement fonctionnel et confortable. Très bien équipé. Literie confortable. Appartement lumineux donnant sur un jardinet avec terrasse clos et bien sécurisé. Idéal pour animaux et enfants. Possibilité de manger dehors. Bien situé, proche des commerces et de la plage. A 50m il y a un excellent restaurant "la cale" mais tarifs un peu élevé. Nous sommes restés 15 jours et nous nous y sommes sentis bien quelque fut le temps. la plage de sable fin est superbe et il y a beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région. Bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons cet appartement.

Les PLUS de cette location : - le parking fermé - le jardinet clos pour que notre animal de compagnie puisse sortir sans danger - la localisation : vraiment proche des plages du débarquement - la personne est avenante - le wifi fonctionne très bien si vous avez besoin de vous connecter que ce soit afin de travailler ou simplement pour vos loisirs Les MOINS de cette location - Surtout la propreté des lieux (plutôt vieillot et sale par endroit (sdb, cuisine), lino rapiécé, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas complètement, portes d'armoire qu'il faut manipuler doucement) - la machine à laver qui est pour tout le monde et dans un local à part (quand il pleut c'est moyen de se faire doucher pour chercher le linge, surtout si il y en a déjà dans le lave-linge et qu'il faut rebrousser chemin) Personnellement une semaine nous a grandement suffit dans cet endroit

La propriètaire est charmante, souriante, et très à l 'écoute pour que le séjour se passe pour le mieux. La mer est pas loin à pied et, comble de la gourmandise la biscuiterie artisanale d'Asnelles est à 20 mètres de la location un vrai délice... Faites vos valises sans tarder !
