"At home" Authentic Cévennes farmhouse with stone interior courtyard, enclosed garden with swimming pool and wooden terraces, in a charming hamlet near Anduze.
The hamlet is located near Saint Christol lez Alès, near Anduze and its bamboo plantation, Nîmes and its arenas, Montpellier and its beaches, the Gardon and the Parc des Cévennes, listed as Unesco Heritage!
For lovers of old stone houses (arches, old floor tiles, wood stove, whitewashed walls, old doors, wooden shutters ....) but with modern comfort (Wifi everywhere, Flat screen TVs, Hifi, oil heating, gym, swimming pool ...)
This Cévennes farmhouse includes:
- 2 large living rooms (with Hifi, Tv Flat screen, DVD playback, DVD library, printer, daybed, lounge, wood stove, wc).
- 1 large professional kitchen fully equipped ("Piano" stove, stainless steel worktop, juicer, blender, pressure cooker, microwave, 2 large fridges, coffee maker, toaster, deep fryer, crepe maker, yogurt maker, cotton candy machine....)
- 4 large bedrooms including 1 gym / bedroom:
1st: 1 double bed, bathroom, wc, wardrobe, bedside tables, possibility of 1 mattress (Intex) 2 pers. more.
2nd: 1 queen size bed, bathroom, wc, dressers, flat screen TV, DVD.
3rd: 1 double bed, bathroom, wc, Tv, dvd, cot, possibility of 1 mattress (Intex) 2pers. more.
4th: Gym (bench, dumbbells, carpet, ab-crunch, bar, skipping rope .....) and 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 digital piano, 1 sink.
The garden is enclosed and planted with trees (olive, fig, apricot, laurel ...) and with an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool and its wooden terraces (where it is good to bask in the sun!) , a well and a greenhouse.
This house is ideal for a large family with children, couples wishing to meet up with friends or long weekends with friends !!
