About this apartment rental
In the heart of a residence raised and reassured with guardian. Indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi accessible every day from 9am to 8pm and all year round.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is 38 m².
It consists of an entrance, separate WC, a bathroom, a room with 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm can be close together to sleep as a couple or separated to serve as a children's room.
You then go to a large living room which communicates with a kitchen equipped with a small fridge / freezer, ceramic hob 4 burners, a large dishwasher, a microwave / oven combination, toaster , kettle and Nespresso machine.
In the living room, a round table to take meals (up to 4 people), a sofa bed for 2 people with sleeping 140 x 200 cm, a buffet for TV with DVD player. The apartment is very well equipped cupboards for your storage.
The living room gives access to a large balcony of 8 m² overlooking the Yearlings and overlooking the Royal and Trouville hill. It is equipped with a garden furniture with 4 chairs and 2 coffee tables.
The residence is located at 1 rue du Moulin St. Laurent / Chemin de l'Eau next to the villa Strassburger and the racecourse and 1 km from the beach. The train station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, the city center in 15 minutes and the cinema in 10 minutes.
A private parking space is available in the residence next to the apartment.
The residence is secured (access by code) and guarded.
