House of 60m2, with two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm wide bed and the other with 3 beds of 90, a bright living room with fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave ...
bathroom with separate toilet, is equipped with a shower. a large pantry for storing your roof box or bicycles .. The garden is enclosed by hedges and a fence and a gate, the children can play safely, animals also, while you read a good book in the hammock in the private.
The villages of Brignogan and Plouneour-Trez are less than 2 km, and easily accessible by bike or on foot.
We had a real shot in the heart by discovering this place and home, and we are sure it will be the same for you.

1 minute walking from the beach, where we walked our dog several times a day. This region of Brittany is really fantastic, especially when the sub shines every dat!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful property. So clean, beautifully designed and close to the wonderful beach. The owner met us on the first night briefly and was very friendly and helpful.

Wir waren September 2020 da mit Hund und die Strände waren leer. Das Haus war super sauber und gemütlich. Alles da was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und liegt sehr ruhig. Und super nah am Meer, man ist in 30sec auf der Düne. Zum einkaufen ist im Umkreis auch alles, vom Casino bis Le Clerc. Gaelle ist super lieb und spricht English. Man kann sie alles fragen und gibt Tipps. Es ist auch toll das es einen kleinen Vorraum. Obwohl wir keine Räder hatten und auch nicht gesurft sind, liebten wir diesen Raum zum Jacke und Schuhe anziehen oder die Strandsachen zu verstauen. So blieb das Haus immer sandfrei. Im Umkreis findet man viele tolle Strände und Ausflugsziele. Unser Highlight war jeden Tag das Wattenmeer und die Dünen von Keremma. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bleiben noch länger.
