The apartment, planned for 4 people, is on the 2nd and last floor in a quiet, sunny and spacious residence, and very comfortable; near downtown and beach. It has an entrance hall with 2 closets, which gives access to the shower room, a double bedroom with window and a large closet, a separate toilet, a living room, including a lounge area with sofa bed, TV, table / chairs, dresser, and an equipped kitchen area; an opening bay window on a sunny terrace, equipped with a blind, where 4 people can take their meals on a garden table, or simply rest on the deckchair.
