Exclusive 5-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental home w Jacuzzi, fuss-ball, ping pong and pool tables with a real nice yard! Our communal pool is just 1 minute drive away, and was totally remodeled!! The city charges $5.00 entrance.
Casa Vista Verde I in Central Florida’s location just minutes from all popular Orlando and Daytona Beach attractions! Maximum occupancy is 18 guests!
Casa Vista Verde I’s outdoors makes you feel like in a most relaxing paradise! Nice surrounding trees, and a huge yard where you can lay back and relax to your heart’s joy! Take your coffee outside under our pergola, also with a charcoal grill and plenty of seating benches and chairs.
*Casa Vista Verde III is over 1,800 square feet interior, just to make you feel at home (all bedrooms have keyed locks and made available based on your number of guests.
*We have a nice professional pool table (every time you win, you get to ring the Victory Bell). There is also a nice regulation size ping pong table and of course, a fuss-ball table as well for your enjoyment! In Casa Vista Verde you will experience fun & entertainment “come rain or come shine” (we guarantee 100% no snow)!
Our kitchen is equipped so all you could need is available, just like home.
*Central air conditioning, High Speed Internet, Dish Network, 2 car garage, washer and dryer!

Altamonte Springs is only 15 min from Orlando (I-4 is being expanded), comprised of clean communities, scenic attractions, and bustling activity.
Altamonte has a myriad of nice eateries & activities like the Congo River Mini Golf, and the famous Wekiva Walk & Bike Trail (there is a bike rental store nearby). Is near the Altamonte Mall, visit Uptown Altamonte Springs Cranes Roost Park & Lake (bring some bread & have your kids feed the turtles and ducks along the dock.!
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby state parks and lakes, where they can enjoy hours of hiking, biking, and fishing (don’t miss Kelly Park famous lazy river that flows from an artesian well).

This is a wonderful house to stay with family. Our eight-year old child loved playing all the available games (foosball, pool, ping pong) and swimming in the small pool. The owner is a kind and generous man.

We had a tournament in the area and split the house between 3 families. The home was spacious, clean, and a great fit for us.

I was first contacted by Jose about 12 pm about guests that were at the house before us had an emergency and therefore I would not be able to check in at 4 as allowed. He asked if I could push back as late as possible and offered a bottle of wine for compensation. He then called at 3 and said it was ready. After arriving at home, we did notice it was not as clean as should have been but ok, we tried to turn on a/c because it was stuffy in the home and it did not work, as well as picture shown it does not have the fridge or furniture in living room on site. Yes, it did have a frig and furniture just not the one shown. Anyhow because of a/c not working my niece tried opening the front window and a pane shattered. I called Jose and he said he was sending a technician out to fix a.c unit but that the window would have to be taken up by the company I reserved through to fix. Since the a/c was not working I felt I should not have to pay for window and felt like I was going to be charged. We did have 2 bathrooms to use but the spare bathroom tub was draining very slowly. Also, for the amount of people allowed to stay, the hot water heater is not enough. We were having to take luke warm showers. The beds had thin blankets on them, so we had to take blankets from the unused beds as well as having my husband bring blankets when he came over the next day. The tv in master bedroom never worked although Jose offered to come and fix it Sunday morning after I called Saturday night when internet and cable was out. I did not take him up on that offer bc my family and I were there for my son's wedding Saturday and did not feel like being bothered with it. There was no instruction on how to leave the home except for garbage and recycle when leaving. I went by previous stays and stripped the beds that were used and collected towels. I called Jose the day we were leaving as I was having trouble unlocking the lock box and was told what to do. He did tell me that he was covering the cost of the window at that point and not to worry about it. As for staying again, if I was there for a Disney vacation, no I wouldn't, for the amount I paid was not worth it, but I needed a place to stay for my son's wedding.
