About this apartment rental
Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 101. This unit was completely rebuilt and re-furnished from the ground up, completed in April 2024. If you've stayed here before, you'll appreciate the redesigned, larger kitchen with much more storage and counter space, a pantry with pull outs, gleaming stainless appliances and the new open-plan layout. If you're new to this unit, you should be pleasantly surprised by the modern and comfortable furnishings, the well-stocked kitchen including toaster oven, dual function coffee maker (coffee pot and single K cups), the kitchen tools and gadgets you'd have at home including a slow cooker. Lounge or dine al fresco on the 24 ft. long screened lanai with table, chairs and two chaise loungers, or linger in the expanded and very private primary bedroom suite with walk-in closet, sitting area and desk. The primary bath now features a walk-in shower as well as more counter and drawer space for your convenience. No Pets
In the living room TV cabinet, you'll find games, books and cozy throws for your enjoyment. With ceiling fans in every room and two fans on the screened lanai, there is good lighting throughout the unit and there's always a breeze if you want it. Unit 101 features new oversized flat screen Smart TVs: 65" (LR) and two 55" (BR) with Direct TV and there is included Wi-Fi from an all-new high speed fiber internet network.
Comfort and amenities like you're at home, light and bright like you'd expect on a beach vacation, this apartment is conveniently positioned on the first floor. You're just steps from the pool, parking and the beach. Enjoy the serene view of the banana trees and exotic plant garden with the pool and gulf beyond, through the two new, 108" sliders.
We're located in a beautiful neighborhood that's ideal for strolling and bicycling. Bicycles are available for rent onsite. Golf, tennis and pickleball are available nearby and our onsite office staff is here to assist with local resources. Gas grills and laundry facilities are available onsite.

Everything was wonderful at this condominium! We loved the kitchen and all the amenities it has, new appliances, etc. We cooked a lot there and it was very accommodating! We loved the porch to put our towels and rest on the chairs and not have to worry about the bugs coming in! Everything was easy to get to, the pool is accessible and well-kept, and the location being on the first floor was convenient bringing in/out luggage through the back door. We will try and reserve this condo again when we come back to Sanibel! Thankyou!

Stayed here in March for a girls trip! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was not far at all. My only complaint is that one of my friends twin bed kept falling apart. There weren’t. Slats under the mattress and one of them kept falling.
