Located in Figaréto, near Moriani Plage (a seaside resort, 5 minutes away), this villa is approximately 240 m², with a large private and secure swimming pool. About 3 minutes by car from a vast sandy beach with free parking and free wooden tables with benches.
The house is set on a green, wooded hill, nestled in the maquis—perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday!
Nearby entertainment: shops, cinema, restaurants, beach nightclub (10 minutes away), fairground attractions, night events in Bastia (30 minutes away). All amenities available within 10 minutes (except in case of traffic): doctors, pharmacies, dentists.
The house is fully equipped, with white interior walls and tasteful furnishings. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, and fans in 3 bedrooms. Enjoy the outdoors with several covered terraces offering sea and mountain views, a large barbecue, dining table for 6 to 8 people, plus a small table for children. A summer lounge opens onto the large pool (approx. 11 m x 7 m) with a 3 m deep diving area, solar shower, small foot bath, and 6 sun loungers. Private parking for several cars. Private paved road of about 700 m (please park to the side to allow cars to pass uphill). Very little traffic—safe for children.
Geographic location: Ideal destination in Corsica with a beautiful coastal front. Costa Verde’s central location on the island is another advantage—about 1 to 1.5 hours from major areas like Balagne (Calvi, Île Rousse, Saint-Florent), the far south (Bonifacio 130 km, Porto-Vecchio 100 km), central Corsica (Corte 1 hour), and Cap Corse. Moriani Plage is a highly sought-after seaside resort.
Transport: Airport: approx. 20 minutes Ferry: approx. 35 km / 35 minutes
IMPORTANT: There is a small cat in the garden—gentle and very clean. She does not enter the house and causes no disturbance or feeding obligations.
Note: In August, palm trees may occasionally shed small white flowers.

Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires à la maison de Danielle. Mes enfants (tous des adultes) ont dit que la maison est beaucoup plus belle que les photos. C'est une grande maison avec un jardin, grand piscine et belle terrasse. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et la maison. Danielle est très chalereuse et facilement disponible. C'était également une découverte de cette partie de la Corse, beaucoup plus calme que les plages "fameuses" mais aussi agréable. Situé entre mer et montagne, nous avons bien profité de la plage et des randonnées. Nous y retournerions avec le plus grand plaisir.

The villa is set on a beautiful hillside with lovely views out to sea. Visitors need a car to get around as the property is located up a very steep road away from the main village.
We had a wonderful stay, made all the better by the lovely host, Danielle, who went the extra mile by making a birthday cake for our daughter who has turning 14 on the day or our arrival. It was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
There is lots of space at the villa both inside and out and the outside benefits from a well established garden full of interesting trees and flowers. The pool is large and deep and provided us with hours of fun! At night, we enjoyed sitting in the outside seating area to play games, eat our meal, BBQ and listen to the sounds of the birds and animals in the Garden.
For families who will be cooking at the villa - the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen anywhere we have stayed. There were so many pots and pans, utensils etc, Danielle even had spare supplies of cereals, washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc. The only thing we would have liked more spares of, was toilet roll!
The bedrooms were all differently decorated and very comfortable. Most were cool at night except a couple on the ground floor and we could have benefited from one more plug in fan to ease the heat. There are lots of beautiful pieces of artwork and ornaments in all of the rooms and so visitors need to watch younger children so as not to break anything. For adults, it was lovely to have such beautiful things to look at inside the house too.
We found some lovely local beaches which were sandy and not very busy. Parking was free and most had some kind of beach cafe or food van. We also ventured South to visit some of the more well known beaches which were very beautiful too.
In summary, a great villa for a larger group who need space to spread out. Hosted by a friendly and generous owner, Danielle.

Mr. Distl and his friends, where very happy about the Villa, comfortable equipped, nicely located, near the sea. Their stay was very cosy and Relaxing, the late Arrival was no Problem coz Mrs. Mariani the landlady, took care about the guesta, she prepared their rooms in advance, surprised them with a cold plater diner, which she prepared complimentary. It think Mrs, Mariani has a lot of new fans now here in Vienna. Thank you very much - Mondial Gmbh for Mr. Distl

Magnifique maison, beaucoup de calme, une terrasse couverte magnifique avec un salon génial où prendre l'apéro et un coin manger avec un barbecue idéal pour les soupers grillades. Une vue magnifique sur la mer, une piscine superbe, en bref le paradis.
