About this apartment rental

The apartment has a cosy interior in the local style. It is located 1km from the closest ski lift and on walking distance of the village centre of Combloux. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the most beautifull mountains the alps have to offer. During the summer there is access to a garden and a heated swimming pool of joint ownership. It has a separate entrance on the side of the building.

L'appartement est très bien la vue sur le mont blanc magnifique, proche des stations de ski et du petit village de combloux très agréable. Les échanges avec le propriétaire et la gérante sont aussi très agréables. La procédure d'arrivée était un peu compliquée, et il manquait de la vaisselle et l'appareil à raclette dont on nous avait parlé, mais ils ont été finalement livrés.

Un très agréable séjour

Joli appartement très chaleureux avec une très jolie vue. Il est confortable et pratique. La navette pour monter à la station de ski est à 5-10 min à pied et est gratuite, la montée ne dure que 7 min. La cheminée est un vrai plus notamment quand, comme nous cette semaine, le temps est pluvieux : les affaires de ski des enfants ont pu rapidement sécher. Quelques remarques pour encore améliorer le séjour : un lave linge et quelques accessoires comme une essoreuse à salade, une poêle à crêpes.un appareil à raclette...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue de l'appartement sur la chaine du Mont Blanc ainsi que l'accès à la piscine peu fréquentée. Bémol à notre séjour: beaucoup de poussière à notre arrivée dans l'appartement, et un état général qui mériterait un bon rafraichissement (robinetterie et joints de la sdb en mauvais état, poignée de la porte fenêtre du balcon déteriorée etc...). Nous déplorons aussi l'absence d'une table et 2 chaises sur le balcon pour profiter du balcon et de la vue à leur juste valeur. Globalement: un agréable séjour quand même dans la belle vallée du Mont Blanc, mais un peu déçus des prestations de l'appartement.

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans ce logement , très bien équipé, lumineux et ensoleillé avec une très belle vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc.Nous étions 4 adultes. L’entrée est indépendante sur le côté de la residence.La literie est confortable. Il manque des rangements libres pour nos affaires dans le séjour et dans la partie cuisine. L’appartement se trouve à 750 m environ de la navette pour la station de ski. Enfin les propriétaires ont été très gentils et arrangeants, nous sommes prêts à y retourner !

Nous avions loué cet appartement en priorité pour sa situation dans le centre du village. Nous faisions le voyage en train puis prenions la navette depuis la gare pour arriver à destination. Connaissant bien Combloux, nous savions qu’on pouvait ensuite tout faire à pied durant notre semaine de vacances. MAIS quelle mauvaise surprise peu avant notre départ quand nous avons pris connaissance de l’adresse exacte de la location ! Sur l’annonce, d’après l’onglet sur la carte, l’appartement à 0,2 km (précisé sous cette carte) du centre du villlage. Et bien vous rajoutez 1 kilomètre et là vous arriverez à destination ! Et alors, comment faites-vous en hiver pour arriver avec vos bagages puis ensuite avec vos chaussures de ski et votre équipement pour marcher pendant 1 km sur une petite route très fréquentée matin et soir, enneigée et sans trottoirs avant de pouvoir prendre la navette qui vous emmène jusqu’aux pistes? Et bien vous n’avez pas d’autre solution que de louer une voiture. Et quel est le coût de cette location quand en hiver vous êtes obligés de prendre un véhicule avec l’option pneus neige ? Très cher !!! Cette annonce est inexacte, le propriétaire serait bien avisé de corriger la localisation de son appartement pour ne pas gâcher le séjour d’autres vacanciers comme ce fut notre cas !
