Bright, non-smoking, two bedroom and two bathroom apartment with recliner sofa, internet access, central air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony and swimming pool.
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of town. It is in North Dallas, by the George Bush Turnpike (190). It is in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, with a shopping center conveniently located across the street that has a gourmet grocery store, department store, plus great restaurants.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, as well as a dresser and nightstands. It has a large bathroom and closet ensuite. The second bedroom is located on the other side of the condo (across the living and dining room). It has two single beds and a bathroom right across the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes and silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, teapot, microwave and full size appliances. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, and is located just off the kitchen. The balcony is off the living and dining room and has two spring-action rocking chairs. It is a great place to have breakfast in the mornings.
Distances: On Preston Road; half-mile from George Bush Tollway (190); two miles from Dallas North Tollway; 20 miles from Downtown Dallas; half-mile to Plano, TX and about one mile to Richardson, TX.

We stayed in this condo May - mid-Aug 2018 and highly recommend it! The condo itself is wonderful, a great second floor corner unit with split 2-BR layout, nicely furnished, fully stocked, and clean. It was in an excellent north Dallas area - a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to a nice park and some stores. And was an easy drive to many other great shopping areas and restaurants. We enjoyed the condo’s swimming pool a lot too. Owner was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again ourselves.

All the comforts of home . Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage .wifi/cable. Private garage. Patio. Close to my job @medical city. Shopping/grocery/starbucks/Walgreens across street. Bus line on corner.only negative is traffic noise but ceiling fan helps drown it out. Owners responsive to needs .highly recommended. Great for travel nurses
