About this cottage rental

New, modern and bright cottage in an independent building on our property.
Classification: Furnished tourist accommodation 3 *.
Quiet area located 3.5 km from the beaches (coves or beautiful sandy beaches), less than 1 km from the city center and hyper-market 3 minutes by car.

On the ground floor :
- a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and a dressing room
- a shower room
- a living room of 28 m², including a fully equipped fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave combination oven) and a living room (sofa, armchairs, TV ....).

Upstairs, on the mezzanine, two single beds (possibility of twinning if necessary) and a desk.

The main room opens onto a terrace in a small private garden.
Parking space.

Ideal for a good family holiday (beaches, numerous hiking trails, discovery of the heritage and the Breton islands ...), Fouesnant is located 15 km from Quimper (train station and airport), 12 km from Concarneau, 8 km from Bénodet . Sailing school, aquatic area, visit to the Glénan Islands, Golf 5 km away ...

Gîte très confortable, bien équipé et très bien tenu. Situation de choix pour explorer la région de Concarneau, Fouesnant et Bénodet. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, de bon conseil tout en restant discrets. Cerise sur le gâteau : nous avons bénéficié d'une météo exceptionnelle avec grand soleil tous les jours. Peut-être est-ce habituel en Bretagne ?...

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand und alles sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl die Vermieter mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, haben wir in den 14 Tagen nichts von Ihnen mitbekommen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist sehr ruhig.

Le logement est conforme à la description. Etat de propreté remarquable. Acceuil très sympathique des hôtes malgré notre heure d'arrivée un peu tardive. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit cette fois ci. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir pour un séjour plus long dans votre belle bretagne sud.

Appartement très clair, bien agencé, très propre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit. L'endroit est très calme. Le jardin permet de manger dehors aux beaux jours mais il est très petit. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. Merci beaucoup

super location, très agréable, propre, très claire. Coin de paradis pour passer de bonnes vacances, le calme absolu. N'hésitez pas c'est le bonheur assuré, un coin de pelouse avec un terrasse. Il ne manque rien, juste peut être un vrai four mais on s'arrange autrement..., grillade, ou en cocotte et c'est nickel. Accueil sympathique ...

Cette petite maison, toute récente, est très bien équipée, très joliment meublée, au calme et très bien située. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Les commerces, grands et petits sont proches. Un grand choix de belles plages, comme par exemple Cap Coz à 2 km. Déjà ce coin de Bretagne est magnifique, mais en plus la météo était parfaite en ce début de juillet 2018. On est impatient d'y retourner ! Guy et Viviane

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez monsieur et madame CUZON qui nous ont reçus sympathiquement. Ce séjour très court ne nous a pas empêché d'apprécier grandement les Hortensias qui fait ressentir la chaleur humaine et le sourire de Madame CUZON a fait le reste! Si vous tombez sur cette location des Hortensias, n'hésitez pas une seconde car c'est juste génial! Thierry et Laure.
