Crossroads between Switzerland and Germany, Colmar has tourist assets that have earned it an international reputation. Its Christmas markets, its wine fair, its museums, winstubs, its architectural and historical wealth make Colmar the preferred destination of tourists.
We want you to enjoy our cottage to best enhance your discovery of the treasures of Alsace.
Our cottage is ideally located in the center of Colmar, in a quiet street adjacent to the pedestrian streets.
The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old house with independent access which gives it great tranquility. We have completely renovated to offer modern services and qualities.
With an area of 85m2 on the ground, you will have a large bedroom, a large living room, a toilet and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The most is the garage (vehicles less than 40m long ex Golf, Mégane, Giuletta, Focus, 308, Ds ...) independent located below the apartment with direct access from the inside. Everything is thought to make you feel at home!
Note: our second cottage "The keys of Colmar" located 200 meters can accommodate you if it is already booked!

This is a lovely base from which to explore Colmar. It's pretty central; everything you might want to visit is within a 5-10 minute walk. (If you've not discovered Colmar yet, it's a gem -- oozing with history and within easy reach of some stunning wine villages). There's a supermarket 5 minutes' walk away, and the station is about 20 minutes' walk away.The kitchen is good, and the open-plan nature of the lower floor works well. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom/en suite is very pleasant too. Some may find the 30-odd steps up to the apartment to be a disadvantage, but we didn't.Patrick was very attentive, responding quickly whenever we had a question; he couldn't have been a more helpful host.Overall, we'd definitely recommend staying here. If we return to Colmar we'd definitely stay here again, if we could!

The VRBO in Colmar was in a perfect location to enjoy the Christmas markets! Garage was convenient for parking! More specific GPS info would have helped us locate the apt more easily!
Be prepared for lots of stairs up to apt and then to bedroom!

The communication with the owner was most responsive and supportive, the appartement in modern elegance and comfortable perfection, the garage did perfectly fit for our 4,32m car. The location right at the rim of the old town and every place is just minutes away in walking distance from all the interesting places and the vivid old town. Pure pleasure, and happily again.
