Accommodation on the ground floor of 50m2 renovated kitchen overlooking a walled garden with a pergola for breakfast and meals in the open air, living room, dining room, and this located 1 minute walk from the beach.
You will find ;
- 1 bedroom with a standard bed 2 persons (140 X 190) + storage.
-1 modular children's room with 1 bed in loft for child of 6 years old, 1 low bed for child - 6 years and adjustable in 2 beds low according to the age of the children.
Possibility of putting an umbrella bed that I can put at your disposal if necessary.
-1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet equipped with a changing table + bath and baby shower seat.
A baby high chair and a chair booster are available .
-1 dining room -salon -canapé, television with TNT channels.
-1 equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, plate 5 fires, coffee machine, washing machine ....)
- Garden access with covered pergola, table and benches, barbecue area, sun lounger and various beach accessories.
There is also shaded parking within 50 m of the accommodation.

Tres bon emplacement. Logement très agréable avec sa terrasse. A renouveler. Le point d'amélioration : changer les oreillers et prévoir des protection de taies d'oreiller.
