Authentic villa with pool near the sea and the lagoon

Single storey villa fully renovated on 1400 m² of wooded land including around the pool of 45 m²: a genuine hut with straw roof and private terrace, 3 bedrooms with shower-room and private toilet, kitchen and living room; another hut with 2 bedrooms and a shower-room and toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility, a pergola for meals by the pool; a hut fitted as bedroom with shower-room and toilet. Various activities are possible in the garden such as bocce ball, table-tennis, a playground where you can play tennis on a wall, a basketball hoop, football. A person on site will be in charge of the villa's maintenance. He/she can also cook; you can decide with him/her your meals during your stay (conditions on-site). You can also relax by the pool on the deck chairs in the shade or in the sun or isolate yourself in the garden in the shelter of a lemon tree or of a flamboyant. The villa is located on the small coast 80 km south of Dakar and soon 25 minutes from the new international airport.
