About this house rental
New construction house, wonderful surroundings, with three bedrooms, two of them main with two viewpoints that connect them to each other.
One of the viewpoints has a wonderful view of the sea and the other a masterful view of the mountains.
The two main bedrooms are 40 square meters each with a full interior bathroom and two exits to each of the viewpoints.
The other bedroom has a bathroom with hydromassage shower.
Large fully equipped kitchen and living room.
In addition the house has a spacious garden of 1000 square meters.
The environment:
The accommodation is located in one of the most beautiful villages of Asturias (Cabo Vidio) surrounded by the best natural environment, multiple outdoor activities and the award-winning Asturian cuisine.
1 kilometer from pristine beaches, and very close to wonderful beaches such as El Aguilar, Silencio beach, or San Pedro beach, is one of the best surf schools (and other water sports) in the region.
The town has supermarkets, many activities to do with children such as bicycle rental, hiking trail that meets the Camino de Santiago.
Activities and attractions:
Fishing villages, hiking trails, water sports, cycling, horseback riding, savoring gastronomy, as well as tourist visits to pleasant and welcoming villages such as Cudillero, Luarca, Gijón, Oviedo.
Without prejudice to reach an agreement the check out will take place before 12:00 am and the check in after 13:00

Casa muy bien situada y bastante bien equipada. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Dispone de un gran jardín, quizás no bien aprovechado. También dispone de información muy útil para visitar la zona. La zona costera muy próxima a la casa es de una gran belleza.
