About this villa rental
Welcome to this fantastic house with private pool in Son Serra de Marina. It is perfect for 6 people.
This is a modern chalet within a residential area with a really cosy exterior. It features a small garden by a great chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3.2 metres and with a depth that goes from 1.5 to 1.7 metres as well as a fantastic porch where you can enjoy a succulent breakfast in the morning or a delicious barbecue in the evening. In order to enjoy the sun for a while you will find 6 sun loungers and a table with chairs outside, but you can also head to the beach which only is 1 km away from the house. This is a quiet beach and perfect to spend a nice morning. When coming back you can wash off at the exterior shower or swim in the pool to have lunch all together afterwards. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.
Inside, you will find a beautiful and comfy living room with AC and TV-Sat. Then you access to the dining - kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic top and all you need to cook during your vacation, together with a table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms where you can rest at night, one with a double bed and the rest with twin beds. One of the latest has an en-suite shower bathroom. There is another bathroom for the rest of the house, also with a shower. Finally, a baby cot, a high chair and two fans also are available. A wood-burning fireplace and two gas cookers are at your disposal for the winter months.
The natural beach of Son Serra de Marina is just 1 km away, and you can reach it taking a walk. The beach is partly rocky and partly sandy. The village is characterised by its family atmosphere and peace since there are no big hotels or traffic. You will find a small supermarket here and some good restaurants among other basic services.

ACCOMODATION The accommodation was - in total - very nice. Besides a few things that were not perfect (Wi-Fi and dishwasher did not work well, towels were not as fresh as expected) the accommodation was cozy, clean and beautiful; further, there was everything we needed and enough space for everyone. The pool was very nice as well, but be aware of a load of mosquitoes. The beach is only a few minutes away and is easily reachable without a car, as well as nice restaurants and a local market are. However, I would still recommend to rent a car: the airport, many nice beaches, nice villages and restaurants are all reachable in > 1h by car. HOST Homerti was a perfect host, all our questions and issues were handled quickly, friendly and appropriately.

Es una vivienda espectacular con todas las comodidades. La casa es tal y como se puede apreciar en las fotos, diría que incluso mejor aun que en las fotos. El trato ha sido excepcional y tuvimos un problema con un baño y a las pocas horas estaba resuelto por un técnico. Lo recomiendo totalmente, por la vivienda y ubicación cerca de una zona de calas preciosas aunque es necesario el coche merece la pena. Una suerte de vacaciones!!
