About this apartment rental
The apartment (28 square meters); with VUE SUR MER is located in a quiet, flowered, well maintained residence on the Rocky Coast; (this is a set of small buildings with 2 floors maximum)
It is located, by the sea, opposite the Tamarius cove, (BEACH 2 mins ON FOOT; DIRECT ACCESS), 800 meters from the center of the picturesque little town of Collioure, at the foot of the Albères, near the Pyrenees and Spain (26 km);
The apartment benefits from a small terrace with sea view (you can have meals there in the sun in the morning but in the shade from midday); this is contiguous to the main room which has recently completely redone with new furniture; it is pleasant and functional; the sofa bed offers an additional bed in 140;
the bathroom and the WC are separated; the sleeping area has a 140cm bed
Entrance side, the apartment is on the ground floor; on the sea side (terrace), it is on the first floor due to the natural slope of the land
a place in a covered and closed garage is reserved for your vehicle (access with magnetic key)
a small super market is less than 300m away; markets are held in Collioure on Wednesday and Sunday and in Port Vendres on Saturday
Many events are scheduled in Collioure, especially the St Vincent Festival in August, the fireworks on December 31 ... The small streets so typical are therefore often very lively
Many people appreciate the authentic charm of the place and the multiple activities it offers: beach, hikes, visits to various sites, exhibitions, shows ... all this is presented in a file made available to you in the apartment

We have just spent a week in this lovely little apartment ideally situated between Collioure and Port Vendres (15 to 20 minutes walk to each). The view from the balcony is exactly as in the photo, and it was a real pleasure sitting out to have a drink or a meal overlooking the sea. There are plenty of good restaurants to choose from, especially in Collioure. The apartment itself is very clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. The owner is very helpful and has provided lots of very useful information. Staying there was a real pleasure.

Nous avons passé un super séjour.Accueil chaleureux,petit appartement correspondant entièrement à la description,avec tout ce qu'il faut.Et surtout terrasse avec vue magnifique.Très bien situé.Une super semaine!
