As you walk into the home, using your keyless access code, you are greeted by the stunning and recently remodeled Kitchen. Featuring a crisp white theme, the owners have added all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances for their guests to enjoy. Complete with all of your basic cooking tool needs, as well as dinnerware and cookware, you can prepare family meals during your trip with ease. A small table offers seating for 2 in the kitchen while bar seating for an additional 6 is provided at the large kitchen bar.

This single-level home offers an H-plan layout featuring the living areas in the center of the home, with the beds and baths surrounding. Directly across from the Kitchen, on the ocean side of the property, you will find the spacious living room. This space offers comfortable seating for the whole family, a large flat-screen cable TV, and stunning views of the ocean through the large wall-pane windows. Step out onto the covered oceanfront deck and soak in the breathtaking view. This deck offers seating as well as a picnic table, so you can sit out and listen to the waves while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, or have your meals outside so you never have to be too far from the beach.

This property offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full shared bathrooms. On the right side of the home, as you are facing the ocean, the street side bedroom offers two twin beds and a small flat screen Cable TV. The Oceanside bedroom offers a Queen bed and ocean views. These bedrooms are connected to and share a Jack & Jill bathroom which offers a vanity sink and a large shower with sliding glass doors. On the left side of the home, as you are facing the ocean, the street-side bedroom offers a double bed and Island views. The oceanfront bedroom offers a Queen bed and ocean views. These bedrooms share access to the full bathroom which is located in the hall and offers a vanity sink and shower tub combo with sliding glass doors.
