Built in 3 minutes by foot from the beach of Kerbourgnec (side Bay), our house Tymad (classified 4 ☆) will allow you to spend a successful holiday in a typical environment of Brittany while benefiting from multiple possibilities of activities and discoveries.
For a relaxing or sporting holiday, reunions with family or friends, Tymad welcomes you to immerse yourself in a Breton ambience. The garden of Tymad will offer you a space of relaxation where you can find yourself around the barbecue, taking advantage of the garden room on the terrace in Ipé.
Located just 5 minutes from the wild coast and 20 minutes from the famous alignments of menhirs of Carnac, Tymad enjoys a dreamy setting for the holiday: a mild climate all year round, picturesque landscapes very varied in a radius of 20 km. You can also easily embark for a day on the islands of Houat, Hoëdic or Belle-Île.

TYMAD, A VERY RECENT, MODERN, COMFORTABLE AND QUIET HOUSE
More than the charm of a natural setting that makes you dream, it is the care that we have brought to Tymad that makes this holiday rental so inviting and so endearing.
Tymad is classified as "furnished for tourism" 4 ☆. In addition to its terrace and its private garden, the house benefits from all amenities to guarantee your comfort during your stay and in particular the WIFI. The photos in the slideshow show this.
The very bright living room of Tymad is equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player.
The fully equipped American kitchen will delight the cooks.
The double beds are spacious (160 x 200 cm). The single beds are 90 x 20 cm. All the bedding is very new and very comfortable.

The more sporty ones can go sailing in the Bay of Quiberon, hiking or cycling.
Tymad offers access to a multitude of outdoor activities:
- St Pierre sailing school is a 3-minute walk away. Young and old alike can participate in sailing courses or simply rent boats
- covered and open tennis courts are also 3 minutes walk from Tymad
- as well as a playground for children
- a riding club is within walking distance
- you can also practice sand yachting, kite surfing and surfing on the beach of Penthièvre at 5 km
- the golf of Saint Laurent, 20 km, offers you an exceptional journey in the heart of a beautiful forest of pines and oaks
- not to mention the bike rides to enjoy the views of the wild coast

In the village of St Pierre, every Thursday morning, you can stock up on a typical Breton market. You will find seafood or fish to grill on the barbecue, without forgetting the traditional Breton pancakes with buckwheat flour to be garnished according to your desires.

Very well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, for grilling, for the terrace and the beach. The beautiful, quiet sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Bakers, butchers, supermarkets and other shops are available in the nearby center of St. Pierre Quiberon. The communication and service from landlord Pierre was very good. The personal contact was very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable in Pierre and Sylvie's holiday home and are happy to recommend it!

Lovely welcome from Pierre on arrival. We spent a lovely week cycling around the Quiberon peninsula’s beaches. The house’s garage entry set up with downstairs shower allowed us to hang up kids’ clobber and wet kit, without spreading too much sand through the house!
