About this apartment rental
Located on the seafront, within walking distance of shops, harbor and beaches, this large renovated apartment will seduce you with its exceptional view and its comfort: lift, air conditioning, 2 wall-mounted TVs, internet and WiFi connection, washing machine, washing machine dishes, Nespresso machine & professional table football! It consists of an equipped kitchen, a double living room opening onto a terrace overlooking the bay of Sanary, 3 bedrooms including a master suite with adjoining shower room, a bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower system , separate toilet and office space. Possibility of parking at the bottom of the residence (non-nominal spaces).
Located on the French Riviera between Marseille and Toulon, Sanary sur Mer is a seaside resort which lives all year round. The apartment is ideally located a few hundred meters from the port and its shops as well as the beaches allowing you to stay on foot.
To make your stay more pleasant, a concierge service can be offered to you (babysitting, reservations of all kinds, shopping, etc.)
We put our holiday residence at your disposal, and hope that you will spend a pleasant stay there. Thank you for taking care of the property as well as respecting the neighborhood.
To guarantee the proper occupancy of the apartment, a deposit of 2000 € in cash (or check not cashed for French residents) will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure after check out.
A cleaning fee of € 90 payable in cash upon arrival will be required for a full cleaning after your departure. We ask you to return the apartment in a correct state of cleanliness. Intermediate households during your stay and at your expense are possible.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are available during your stay. Please do not use beach towels. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. Clotheslines are provided for drying at the back of the residence.
Make sure that there are no objects blocking the closing of the electric window shutter! The terrace is equipped with an electric blind which must be closed in case of wind and in case of absence.

We spent a wonderful month at Florence's apartment, and it definitely made for a memorable vacation. Both the apartment itself—with its comfort and priceless view—and its fantastic location surpassed our expectations. Florence's communication was excellent, making our stay seamless. Sanary-sur-Mer proved to be a beautiful and lively town, perfectly situated for exploring the region, making our entire vacation truly exceptional.

Das Appartement ist in exzellentem Zustand, wirkt wie jüngst renoviert. Die Ausstattung mit Sitzmöbeln sowie die Lampenausstattung sind sehr gut. Gleiches gilt für die umfangreiche IKEA-Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck. Es fehlt aber eine Teekanne.
Die Matratzen sind stark durchgelegen und bilden ein störende Schräge, insbesondere im 1. Zimmer links.
Bei Benutzung des Apt. durch mehrere Personen ist zu beachten, dass das 3. Zimmer kein eigenes Außenfenster und nur ein Einzelbett besitzt.
Hochdefizitär und angesichts des Mietpreises inakzeptabel ist die Wäscheausstattung: kein Bettwäschewechsel in drei Wochen. Als Handtuch bekamen wir zunächst nur 1 Stück/Person und auf Protest noch 2 weitere Handtücher.
Auf unsere Bitte hin erhielten wir ein zweites Schlüsselset, da aber keinen Transponder für den Aufzug besaß.
Die von uns gewünschte (und von uns zu bezahlende) Zwischenreinigung in der Mitte unseres Aufenthaltes wurde uns von der Verwaltung zwar zugesagt; diese unterblieb aber dann kommentarlos.
Die fußläufige Nähe zum Ort ist ein großer Vorteil.
Insgesamt: Traumhafte Lage, schönes Appartement mit einigen Mängeln
