About this house rental
Full of charm, the villa combines authenticity (Caribbean-style barbecue, patio for lounging in the pool, garden) and comfort (air conditioning in the three bedrooms, fitted kitchen, TV).
The pool 5 x 3m, equipped with an automatic cleaning system is ideal temperature all year round. Since the hut 6 × 4m Attached you will enjoy the magnificent view to the west on the countryside and the lake, east of the hills and the Atlantic Ocean.
The site itself is quite exceptional: the beach of the Pointe Faula, one of the most beautiful of the island, is only 5min. Main spot of Martinique for water activities, you can practice kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, jet skiing or even rent a boat. Ideal for children with its shallow lagoon, the beach offers the opportunity to relax in peace.
You will also discover the charming city of Vauclin, with its authentic market facing the sea: fruits, vegetables, fish all fresh sins lobsters. It was also Vauclin you will find shops, services and restaurants. The area itself is full of places to visit (the Sailor, first marina in the Caribbean is 8km away) and activities (starting point of the coastal hiking trails, tree climbing, mini golf riding centers offering rides riding along the beaches).
Everything is done to make your vacation enjoyable.

Très bon séjour. Maison spacieuse et confortable. Au calme. Bien ventilée (quasi aucun moustique). Accueil très chaleureux.

Villa idéalement située, à 5 mn en voiture du VAUCLIN, dans un quartier très calme avec autour un paysage magnifique, calme et reposant.
Sommes venus dans le cadre d'un séjour en famille.
Endroit très ventilé, n'avons donc pas du tout été gênés par les moustiques. Villa très confortable, moderne et bien équipée dans laquelle on se sent bien tout de suite et décorée avec goût.
Emplacement idéal qui permet de rayonner facilement un peu partout sur l'île.
Endroit parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent pratiquer des sports nautiques à la Pointe Faula : kite surf, planche à voile...
Avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé par la propriétaire (bouteille de rhum) et la gentillesse de Sandra.

Les photos de l'annonce font rêver. L'emplacement et le lotissement sont agréables, et la maison a beaucoup de potentiel. La communication a été facile et efficace. Le seul point négatif est que globalement un bon coup de maintenance/raffraichissement serait nécessaire à la totalité du bien afin de retrouver les prestations attendues depuis les photos (salles de bain, joints, mobilier....)
