Very spacious and brilliantly equipped - it really did feel like a home rather than a holiday let. The view from the living space is fantastic and great to have a garage for our bikes and plenty of space to park the car. We really appreciated the warm welcome and thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We loved the original decor in the lounge and dining area and the videos, games and books to browse. Who knew Trivial Pursuit has a Bayern edition - we learnt loads! The kitchen has everything you can think of, pans in every size imaginable, plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery and glasses, there's even a handheld mixer. Location worked really well for mix of walking, biking and sightseeing. House is next to a road which leads to a farm and there are twenty or so houses / holiday homes nearby. There is passing traffic so we didn't use the balcony but the terrace gets sun until late afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay.
