Exclusive lakefront private house w/pool, south-facing, gated community

Very nice property - good location and an excellent pool area.

Absolutely wonderful! This home was just as described. Check in was smooth and the manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. The home had everything we needed. A well stocked kitchen, a Weber grill for barbecuing, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, ice packs for the coolers everything we needed for our stay. It has a view from the back that you have to see to believe. We enjoyed watching the wildlife all around us. Birds, turtles, otters at play, Muscovy ducks and more! We lazed by the solar heated pool every day and evening. The home is laid out beautifully so that guests or children can have their own bathroom and their own access to the pool area. Briarwood is a beautiful and safe gated community. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to return again.

If you’re looking for a taste Paradise, look no further. Let’s start with location – this home is in a manicured gated community that is within 15 minutes of beaches, restaurants, shopping, theaters, and Naples’ attractions. The house itself is as lovely as you see in the photos … no photo-shopping here. It is tastefully decorated, well maintained, well stocked (including beach chairs, coolers, etc.) and very comfortable. The layout is designed with the center of the house encompassing the living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook and easy access to the lanai and pool. The master bedroom suite is off to one side with its own entrance to the lanai and pool…the other two bedrooms on the opposite side with their own full bathroom and access to the pool from one of the bedrooms. By the way, the pool is solar heated. The house manager is just a phone call away should you need her (we did for a very minor issue) and the owner is a most gracious host.

First, I would like to say that the owners were very easy to work with. They were very responsive answering any questions we had, completing the rental agreement and providing information on our arrival. The Briarwood neighborhood is very very nice All the streets are lined with mature palm trees and the people are nice and friendly. There is plenty of room for walking a few miles a day with very little traffic. The development is gated and feels really safe and is centrally located to everything Naples has to offer. I noticed a few reviews that were critical of the traffic noise from Livingston Road. We Spent most of our time in the pool area which is a few hundred yards from the road and we didn't find it to be a distraction at all. As for the property and accommodations, the house came with everything we needed as stated by the owners and the house was comfortable. However, we found the furnishings and decor inside as well as patio furniture to be a little outdated and in need of some refreshing. For a week or two stay it would be ok, but paying the price for a 2 and a half month stay as we did you should expect things to be a bit modern.
