Have a Family gathering or Romantic Retreat. Plan a Guys Fishing Trip, or a Girls Weekend, Great for 2-3 couples, or small groups. Throw your hectic schedule out the window! Book your stay today! Unplug & Relax in our comfy environment. So quiet you can hear yourself think. Satellite TV, internet, WiFi available but it's also a great place for taking a 'Tech Time Out!' Enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck as the 'river parade' floats by in summer. Walk to the local 'swimming hole'. Bring tubes & float the river during summer. Read (wide variety of books here), do yoga or power nap your way to rejuvenation! Things to do: Try your luck at fishing. Visit local antique shops in nearby Kalama. Enjoy day trips to Mt. Saint Helens (hiking, volcano, lava caves), Portland, quaint Astoria, OR; Treehouse Island Zipline in Silverlake, the Columbia River falls, the Outlet Malls up I-5N to Centralia for shopping. Ease on in and make yourself at home today! Great Room w/FP. Modern kitchen. Master BR (queen) w/full bath on main level. Also main level smaller 2nd BR ( queen), hall bath w/shower. Downstairs spacious room w/FP & large windows overlooking river accommodates additional sleepers on queen bed + 3/4bath. Washer/dryer. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Best for up to 6 people. High bank waterfront, not recommended for young children, but we let families decide. Many families with children of different ages have stayed without incident. We just want to use an abundance of caution for the safety of the young ones. BUSINESS DETAILS for renting this property. Clicking "BOOK IT NOW" starts a 24 hour time clock to complete rental arrangements. So if you choose the "BOOK IT NOW" option please provide ALL your contact info plus a copy of your driver license & or passport (for our out of country guests) for verification so I can prepare your personalized Rental Agreement and upload it to the website for your approval within the 24 hour countdown. The 24 hour countdown is sometimes challenging due to travel/business schedules, or people in different time zones or other countries. Secure financial arrangements are made through website only. Preference given to 3+ day rentals. Holiday weekends 3 day minimum. Reservation confirmed upon receipt of 50% rent, approved rental agreement & Property Damage Protection (nonrefundable). Credit cards accepted through website. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. See Sample Rental Agreement & House Rules on website. See website for cancellation details. Once final payment is made, within 30 days of arrival, NO REFUNDS are given so we recommend Travel insurance to preserve your vacation $ in case last minute cancellation becomes necessary. I can’t say enough about Riverfront Retreat!! The kitchen was well stocked, beds and furniture were comfortable, the property was gorgeous and oh-so-private. I recommend Riverfront Retreat for a family, or for an intimate getaway with your loved one(s). Donna is an exceptional host.

Our family of five over 70 yo brothers and sisters got together in our original hometown for a trip down memory lane and this house was perfect for our needs. Relaxing River view, spacious accommodations, well stocked kitchen, bed and bath amenities all fit our needs. Close to town for great restaurants and touring. Couldn’t have been better!!!

Everything very clean and fully stocked, especially the kitchen. Plenty of clean towels, bedding, etc. Games, deck, BBQ, Internet, TV's w/satellite, access to the river (not for the unsure footed). This place is so quiet and peaceful. A few neighbors nearby that can be seen when driving in, but never saw or heard any of them during the stay. It was also only 5 miles to I-5 where you can drive 30 minutes to Portland/Vanc area or 2 hours North to Seattle, and many towns in between.

We enjoyed our stay with the rushing river sounds and sights.Our host, Donna, was most helpful and communicative.Overall, a lovely place to relax and rejuvenate!
