    We checked in around 8–9 p.m. and went out for dinner shortly afterwards. When we returned late, we noticed that the bed linen had a strong sour, musty smell, as if it had been left damp and not dried properly. The towels smelled unpleasant as well, and the room did not feel fresh. Since it was already very late, we were too tired to report it and had to sleep there for the night. The next morning, I informed reception, and the staff responded immediately. They replaced all the bed linen and towels, were very attentive and helpful, and even offered to move us to another room. I genuinely appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. One small suggestion: although a kettle and bottled water were provided, it would have been nice to also have some complimentary tea bags or coffee in the room. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which is a nice feature, but there are no sun loungers. Adding a few would make the area much more comfortable for guests who want to relax and sunbathe. The condition of the bedding and towels on our first night was unacceptable, as cleanliness is a basic expectation in any hotel. However, the excellent response from the staff made a real difference and improved our overall experience.
