The spacious apartment with south-west orientation is fully equipped and is located near the beach promenade of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck (100 m to the beach). The apartment has a free, weather-independent underground parking space with direct access. In the residential complex there is a children's play room, coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. Bicycle parking spaces are available. Cyclists and hikers friendly. Train station transfer by arrangement.
The comfortable apartment, newly renovated in 2017, for up to 4 people (68 sqm) extends over two floors (ground floor and 1st floor). This separates living and sleeping areas in a pleasant way. The apartment has access from the staircase both on the ground floor and on the upper floor. It faces south / west. On the ground floor there is the living room with internet-capable flat-screen TV, a complete kitchenette (ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer) and a dining area. From the living room there is access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower and toilet is on the ground floor, another toilet on the 1st OG. The large bedroom on the upper floor can be reached via a staircase in the apartment and is equipped with another TV set. All rooms are equipped with a modern design flooring or with tiles.
For families with children, there is the option of having a cot placed in the master bedroom. The equipment of the apartment corresponds to the 4 star standard. On request, an extra bed for 4 people can be made with a sofa bed on the ground floor or on the upper floor. Telephone and free WiFi are available free of charge. A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
