Apartment on the south beach / Burgtiefe of Fehmarn with magnificent views of the sea.
The apartment sea view is located directly on the south beach with a large west-facing balcony, including a unique view of the harbor entrance, the surfers and kiters in the opposite Surfrevier Wulfener neck. In the evening you can marvel at the beautiful sunset on the Fehmarnsund Bridge.
The combined living and sleeping area offers a large double bed (180x200cm), a large dining area and a couch and a comfortable TV armchair, satellite TV, Blue-Ray player and stereo. The balcony sliding door also has a fly screen sliding door.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a large ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave with grill, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and other Küchenutensillen.
The modern bathroom has a hanging toilet, a hairdryer and a large shower.
The balcony is equipped with garden furniture and parasol and with an electric awning.
The apartment has a parking space in front of the house. An elevator is available in the house. All prices include electricity and water. Towels and bed linen are required.
