About this apartment rental
You will feel at home in our newly renovated, fully furnished apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal for those who are looking for quick connection to the city center and appreciate the peace of our green and family-friendly district. The apartment is located near the western entry to the city and is easily accessible from A2-west highway. Good news for all those arriving with their own vehicle: our district is one of the last in Vienna in which the on-street parking is free of charge.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well maintained residential building with elevator. It consists of a large living room / bedroom with integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a hallway and a storage room. This 36m2 aparment was completely renovated in January 2016 and lovingly furnished.
In the living room / bedroom you will find a 160 cm-wide double bed, a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a 140cm-wide sofa bed with very good mattress quality, a dining table and a coffee table. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for up to two more people. The kitchen is equiped with quality appliances from Bosch and Siemens (Stove with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), kettle, espresso machine 'Nespresso', cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a wash basin with mirror cabinet. The storage room offers enough space for storing suitcases and other large artifacts. You'll also find an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack. Furthermore bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels etc. are all available in the apartment.
The gas heating can be individually adjusted to your needs.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und entsprach von der Lage her voll unseren Vorstellungen. . Unsere speziellen Wünsche wurden auch problemlos erfüllt. Die Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgte Zeitnah und umfangreich.
Wir hatten das Glück, das Auto vor dem Haus parken zu können. Der Fahrstuhl war für uns sehr hilfreich.
Wir möchten uns bei der Fam. Stolba noch einmal recht herzlich bedanken und hoffen, dass wir mit dieser Wohnung noch einmal Wien erobern können.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen in der hellen und sonnigen Wohnung gefühlt. Einrichtung und Ausrüstung sind zweckmässig durchdacht, und die Lage in Verhältnis zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-bahn ist sehr gut.

Die Innenstadt ist schnell und gut mit der U4 zu erreichen.
Die Unterkunft ist sauber und funktional eingerichtet, beim nächsten Wienbesuch gerne wieder.
