Enjoy your holidays in the comfortable and nicely furnished apartment of "House Schröder":
Quiet residential area overlooking forest, meadow, lake and Alps.
Directly on the conservation area.
No transit through impasse.
Beautiful garden with swimming pool
Weinberg and lookout point directly behind the house.

The holiday apartment is high quality and taste. By sloping roof creates a wonderful feeling of space and airy with unique ease.
Large open plan living area with dining area, sofa, covered south-facing balcony, branded TV, music system, carpet floor.
All carpets newly laid in the spring of 2017.
Walls in modern design 2017.
Sofa new from 2018.
Exterior facade repainted in 2018.
Daylight kitchen with full equipment (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, freezer / fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.)
(Can not be completely obscured) 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm) and carpeting facing east. Natural latex mattresses in H2. Bedroom completely refurbished spring 2017.
East-facing balcony with table and chairs invites you in the sun for breakfast.
Daylight bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet and hairdryer.
The Lake Constance region is very well developed with the mobile data network LTE.
Our house is very low here.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.
Parking in front of the house.
Center, city park and bakers and butchers are within walking distance.
Waterfront promenade, natural beach (free entrance for holiday guests) and ferry can be reached in 10-15 minutes. Rental of pedal boats, sailing and motor boats directly in Kressbronn.
Diverse cultural and holiday offer by the local customer service.
On arrival, you will receive your guest card, for this is 1,50 EUR per day per guest to pay a tax (locally on arrival).
Tourist tax and guest card:
• The tax is in the period from 01. April to 31st October for persons aged 16 and payable.
• Per person per day is the tourist tax currently 1.50 EUR.
• The guest card offers many advantages, such. As free admission to beach resorts, museums and exhibitions.
